The store was even reasonably organized! And during the semi-annual sale, no less! Everyone did a good job with masking, sanitizing, monitoring the number and flow of customers in the store, and staying apart. All of the associates who approached me were helpful, they approached to check in and were not invasive, and they answered my questions as best they could. They even offered me a bag for the board game that I carried in! The only frustrating part is that their fitting rooms are closed, but I understand that's out of their control. I will be back at least one more time in the next week or so to make returns, but I do have 120 days to do so!

He said, "he didn't have any." I tried to purchase 2 gift cards advertised in their flyer and it took both the cashier and the manager 7 minutes to get them to scan properly. When I walked her step by step thru the website to the chair they suddenly did sell it. Attempted to get the price from the employee which I got $1250 but when asked about how much would be covered if I got a prescription and was told $250 So I stayed then I would pay $1000. I was told no I would have to pay $1250.this went on several minutes so I gave up. I asked for a manager to call me. It took 2 days. Had lots of excises about missed emails. Tried to return them today 12/21 still in original sealed package no ever opened. Was told no returns due to covid and no returns after 10 days. Card selection is my favorite, 2 for $1 yes please!! Otherwise $1 is still a great deal. My other go to is the cleaning supplies, I love the variety and sizes. I can stock up without breaking the bank. Their candy selection is pretty impressive too. Lots of old school goodies to get your hands on.
