Wonderful printing! I ordered over 200 count of 4x6 prints online and they all came out with great quality. I did same day pickup, so I payed in store and the service was super easy and quick; after ordering online I was told to pick it up in an hour, but it was done in maybe 40 minutes instead! read more

Slower than slow and completely unhelpful. They need to let you know what the wait time is. But just 10 more minutes after an hour to fill amoxicillin Rx. Forced here by my insurance plan. After being till 10 minutes more, I walked to my car and immediately got a text saying it was ready. Better customer service would've been to say I can get it for you right now because you know what they're only two people sitting they're waiting. I know they have other patients, but the one that is standing for sitting in front of them should come first you suck Walgreens. read more

If I could score this store zero stars I would. Long story short, we encountered the rudest, most unprofessional pharmacist I've ever encountered. This was regarding a COVID test with a mistakenly wrong birthdate on it. We handled the situation with grace and we met with harsh resistance until she hung up on two of us. We drove an hour and a half for this test as Montana only has two locations to get the travel-approved test so we chose Helena but I can assure you, I would drive to the next nearest town rather than go to this Walgreens ever again. Apparently with their rating, there must be others that feel the same. Rude! read more

Horrible confusing service. Was set for 1145 appointment for covid testing and got email confirmation to go in to pick up. Called to make sure that was right. person confirmed appointment but didn't know if it was inside or out. She said there would signs. I arrived at time and no signs and drive up window out to the street. But no other place to do testing. Went inside and was told I had to go outside. I said I had an appointment for 1145 which it was. She said it was ok I could just wait in line. I said I have an appointment at that point she was so rude. Went to St Pete's clinic and got in right away with very nice staff. Won't go back To Walgreens in Helena. read more

I went in to get a prescription for my daughter first and foremost they put the prescription underneath the wrong name secondly through my insurance the prescription would have been $191 and some change. I went down the road to Walmart to get the same exact generic prescription and paid $72 make sure you're checking your prescription prices I feel that this is probably happened to a lot of people unknowingly. read more

I have to agree with the previous reviewers with regards to the pharmacy. The staff that they have are good but it is true that the pharmacy is always understaffed and there is always a significant wait time for prescriptions. This is not the fault of the staff, who are all good and do the best they can being constantly overwhelmed, but a problem with management and the corporate model. Were I not held hostage here by a change in my job's insurance, which gutted benefits a couple of years ago and switched to Navitus which requires the use of this Walgreens only, I would not go here. I much prefer to get my prescriptions from the CVS across the street where this was never a problem. My deductible was also doubled at the same time this change was made. I work for a major Helena employer which everyone can probably guess. I suspect things will only get worse. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in town. My prescription is on a 90 day renewal. I received an email saying my prescription was ready. I went to pick it up that afternoon and it wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready the next day. When I got home (a 45 minute drive) I received an email saying it was ready. I went in two days later and it still wasn't ready!!! I spoke with the pharmacist who was full of excuses but no solutions. They finally filled the prescription but didn't even offer anything for my troubles and their screw ups. They could at least have offered a gift card I am transferring all my prescriptions to Safeway. read more

I really do not like going to this pharmacy. I am a hostage because my new insurer does not recognize my old pharmacy. The difference is in service is striking. The pharmacy is understaffed and has ridiculous wait times. I call for Rx refills in advance, but still wait 30 or more minutes to get service. This is particularly frustrating when you come in for a refill they said would be ready and find they only have half of them ready. Two trips with twice the hassle. read more

This Phramacy's computers are down. I have 12 pills left. I can't swallow without mestedon. They can't even transfer me to another pill provider. Do not put your life safety in the hands of this mega corporation. They don't care. read more

I have used this pharmacy for prescriptions and vaccinations and have not had any problems. My questions have been answered satisfactorily when I've had them. They are often busy, which means a wait. The store is well stocked and has good customer service. read more

Phone service is horrible. Why do corporations insist on poor customer service by using the computer to route calls and not allowing customers to speak with a store employee? I just called and was not able to get through the loop of the robot. I'm choosing another pharmacy. read more

First let me say Walgreens the store itself is fine ! The problem is the print services area, I have been twice to have ink cartridges refilled with horrible results. The staff the first time overfilled and had to refill again - then when I get it home it was showing low still! Tried again to have another filled and same issues! I would not use the ink refill services from Walgreens on any HP cartridges! Maybe they just need staff that know how to use the machine; all I know is it does not work! read more

It is a good store with a good selection and good prices. The pharmacy is always super busy and the turn-around on filling prescriptions is fair to poor. The pharmacy is nearly impossible to reach on the phone outside of early morning hours or late at night. After five visits for one prescription refill of a generic drug, I moved my prescriptions to a competitor. read more

Walgreens Helena is a replica of most other Walgreens stores. They provide reasonably good service in the pharmacy and do a good job with turnaround. They do suffer from a high turnover of personnel and many express dissatisfaction with the management which makes it difficult to establish a personal relationship with the pharmacy staff. read more
