Why would a person order online, go to pick it up on the scheduled day, scheduled time only to be spoken to in the most rudest manner. Maybe he was having a bad day. Said he was short staffed. I can see why if he talks to his employees as does to the people supporting his store. Nice store just poorly run. Plus we drove 2 hrs for the online pickup.
