Horrible customer service today by Brittany the cashier and Joe the manager! We went to check out…read moreand my KIDS had taken off their masks so she shoved a box of disposable masks at my 8 year old. She started to argue with my husband about it and told him that maybe she should come to our house and crap in our living room. How is that even the same thing as wearing a mask? I then took my kids out of the store to let him finish checking out. Brittany wanted to keep arguing with him and he then told her he was a veteran so she would apply the discount. She then tells him that he doesn't deserve the discount. He is a combat veteran so why doesn't he deserve the discount just like every other veteran or military person? Who is she to make that decision? The manager Joe was called and we were basically told the employee did nothing wrong and he would not do anything about her behavior because he wasn't there to witness her say these things. Why doesn't she go and fight for our country and then she can talk.. Also then my husband was trespassed. They would rather trespass people who stand up to their horrible employees than deal with the issues. I'v never seen such harsh mask requirements and even for people who medically can't wear them but Ace will not serve ANYONE Who does not wear one. We will just shop somewhere else that treats their customers with respect. There are plenty of other place around town. This is just another example of our freedoms being taken away. And employees thinking they can treat people however they want. Stay far away from this store.

o I found them on…read moreGoogle while shopping for my first auto scrubber for my fast growing company. I spoke with Gary at the Helena location. The guy is super cool and informative. He got me a good deal on a ct15. My new go-to spot for all my equipment needs! That was my original review above 7 months ago. Now, after months of dealing with bad machines and terrible customer service they forced me to write this.... I originally bought a ipc eagle ct5, when it arrived it was broken, Gary told me send it back at their expense, (I don't give awards for doing right thing) but that was cool. When I seen how small it was in person and considering I was sending it back anyway, I upgraded to a ct15. I was sent an invoice that didn't include sales tax so I was stoked. Saving of $300!! But within a couple weeks he says they made a mistake and that I have to pay it. I'm like ,ok cool and paid it. But at same time I was having issues with noises and the squeegee blade. He kept sending me back to ipc tech support, I get no help and I have to spend hours of personal trial and error to get it to work right. And about 3 months after I bought, the batterys stopped holding a full charge! Now I'm trying to call Gary again and he now seems to be on vacation every time I call. Machine went from 45min of run time all the way down to 7. And that took about 2 months from time it started... And he ducked my calls for 2 months. I finally got icpeagle tech support on the phone and they told me that all I had to do was order the batteries from Gary at (Montana broom and brush) and then he would submit the warranty claim. And give me a credit back for price. I call them to confirm and they tell me a different story!! So I cut all the back and forth out and do a conference call with ipc eagle tech & Gary. I get the run around from Gary and he ends up hanging up on us. ICP eagle said he can't help... everything has to run thru the distributor that sold the machine. So as my run time on machine is getting lower and lower I'm stressed, cause I'm losing productivity!! So now I tried to call Gary and he said he will only speak to me thru email. What a guy! . He finally charged me 250$ to send me new batteries (because the battery warranty is prorated, and since I was at 6 months I had to pay 1/2 the cost + $50 shipping), when I received them they were NOT the same. And when I looked them up online I found them for sale brand new for less then my 1/2 price warranty price. I feel totally played. I installed them and my Machine works like new again!!!!! For like 3 days.... Now it's already losing battery life. I reach out (thru email) and explain the situation and Gary basically put me off on some 3 rd party repair center. And says I have to foot the bill for everything and they are not responsible for anything. Just terrible. I spent about $4,000 and in 6 months my machine basically don't work. If they were closer I'd definitely go and have a face to face word with the guy. I'm just a small company trying to make a way and I learned my lesson in dealing with stores rather than I am willing to travel.

Heritage Foods broasted chicken used to be worth driving way across town to pick up a family treat…read more Now it's an over-breaded, over-cooked and very over-priced disaster. On our big order for a large family get together, we had to pull off as much breading as possible to try to eat order. Most just went into the garbage. The deli staff does not have a clue how to properly cook chicken, and really doesn't seem to care. Store management either doesn't know, or care. I need to amend my prior comments. I stopped at the Heritage Foods Store the following day and explained my concern, providing a Ziploc with over-breading examples of our unfortunate order to a manager. He was genuinely concerned and said he would discuss with deli staff immediately. He said they have many graduation parties coming up and thanked me for stopping at the store. I could not have asked for a better response from store management and will try their broasted chicken again. I really appreciate his concern and attitude. Our families have been their customers for over 17 years and never experienced a problem like this before.

I get people are probably rude to them, but that isn't an excuse to me to treat everyone that comes to your place like their an inconvenience. Last couple times I've gone for chicken, I got ignored by the staff and almost left. It's really gone down hill recently. I used to enjoy their chicken and liked getting it for my kids' birthday parties, now, I really don't know if I want to go back. I'd rather drive across town to Suds Hut or Vans and give them my business. I'll still buy my meat, produce, and cake at Heritage but I won't buy deli food.
