Almost all of the frozen yogurt machines were out of order -- only two were working, which really limited the options. Worse, when I went to the toppings bar, I noticed a hair in one of the fruit containers. It completely killed my appetite. On top of that, the shop itself just felt dirty and unkept, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Went in for me and my boyfriend's anniversary. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful staff. We walked in and no one was in the shop, except two teen girls having a very loud and public convo. They greeted us with glares and a huff. We then got out desert and went to pay. We were met with one of the rude teens and her attitude was atrocious. She was borderline aggressive when I asked if we put both deserts on the scale. Told her to have a good day and she huffed and laughed. Will not be returning. This is disheartening. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. The girls were extremely rude that worked there. Me and my husband went to there last night and took the old car out for date night, well he forgot his mask in his pickup and I had mine in my purse well we walked in asked if they had one he could have or purchase one and before we could even ask one girl behind the counter without a mask in took the mask another employee was going to give him and said that they were for employees only. We were the only customers in the whole building and there wasn't a place to purchase one anywhere around there. We will not be going back. The management should look to hire employees that actually want to work. We both felt like she refused to give us a disposable mask because then she would have actually had to put her phone down and do something! Terrible experience! read more

It was our first time getting fro-yo from the frozen moose. We were pretty shocked by how rude the two staff members were. They rolled their eyes at customers, and were very, very annoyed if anyone had a question. We asked for lids for our fro-yo, and the teenager checking us out acted like it was a huge burden. We will not be going back-which is a shame because the frozen yogurt was actually good! read more

Great mix of flavors! My Kids love it and it's in a great location right in the middle of town.

A wonderful shop. The problem is for a single visit, there are too many choices! Lots of flavors and each machine allowed you to twist two flavors into one cup. Choice of sizes makes it easy to indulge. All the usuals like candies and gummie bears, but also pretzels and fruits. Great fun! read more

I'm usually ok with paying for overpriced frozen yogurt if the customer service is nice, but I didn't get that today. The guy ringing me up was talking to his buddy and didn't greet me, thank me, or acknowledge me once during this transaction. I stood there waiting to be helped while my yogurt was melting and he was chatting. I spent way too much and the key lime flavor was gross, but I wouldn't know that because there were no sample cups around. Next time I'm gonna skip this place and pick up a pint of Ben and jerry's and avoid the crappy service. read more

Quite tasty frozen yogurt! The Frozen Moose has a good variety of flavors, and they rotate their selection regularly. There's never a wait, and I have always found this place to be a quick fix for my sweet tooth. I really only have two bones to pick with this establishment. Their customer service can be hit-or-miss, and their yogurts and sorbets regularly come out liquidy and dripping. However, the Frozen Moose is worth a visit. read more

Not only is the froyo (frozen yogurt) amazing but so is the service and interior decor. They must have at least 10 different frozen yogurt flavors to choose from and another dozen+ toppings.
