Well, the X-rays don't lie St Peters, but did you bother to do one and make sure? Nope! So I was taken here instead, to Riverwood Health. They were immediately concerned when they saw I couldn't walk any longer, and since I was laying on the floor groaning in pain, as well. I was taken back immediately and seen by a qualified doctor, who then gave me some great suggestions, did X-rays and prescribed pain medication and examined my back, which St Peter's did not even bother to do. Dr. Paula Colledge, at Riverwood was like: Omg....I have never felt a back like this! The muscles are like rocks! She was very concerned, and I was treated like a human being, whereas at St Peter's, I was not. I cannot thank this clinic enough, for taking me and my injury seriously, and doing something about it. Would this ever happen at St Peter's hospital or Clinic? Never. At least, not for me. I had a co-pay of $4.00 that I was given a call about 7 months after my visit. When I asked for the bill to be mailed to me the person I spoke with said it wasn't worth the stamp to send it, but would email it me, and sent it to me on 04/21/17. I then received another email on June 2nd saying they were going to send me to collections for my $4.00 co-pay. The thing that upset me was that I have been a client of theirs for a number of years, and to send me a nasty gram via email for $4.00 has caused me to seek eye care somewhere else. It was the principle behind it. I could have paid when I came to see them in August I have never not paid them. The other thing that was upsetting was they had told me was that I would be refunded for the contact fitting that my daughter had, but because she was so young was having problems getting the contact in. When I said I didn't want the money back just the ability to get it done this coming year she said they couldn't do it. I do not like being told one thing, and then another months later. The doctor is great, but the fact his staff is allowed to treat long standing paying clients this way speaks volumes.

They made me an appointment for an hour from when I called to get me in quick. I got there and the receptionist told me they'd work with the out of state insurance and I was set in. The doctor looked at what had happened and fixed me up with a temporary crown in less than 5 minutes and told me I was all set. He also said that since I was out of state not to worry about any charge, but told me to make sure to call him if I had any other issue before I left.
