Most recently I needed to get my prescription transferred to this location as I was traveling through the area. Without any drama or delays, they were able to access my information and get it ordered and filled. I have always appreciated CVS for their streamlined refills, usable apps, and courteous staff. This time all those tools were used in harmony and it allowed me to get what I needed when I needed it while I was on the road. Thank you to the staff at this location.

This location has never filled my prescriptions without some type of issue that was caused by negligence. After being told that the prescription is ready, almost every instance has required multiple visits to the store. Not to mention, that the drive thru has one stall and it's always backed up. Today's refill took me three trips to the pharmacy and a call back to my doctor because CVS had lost my prescription. Never again!!

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before somebody asked me if they could help me. There were four people techs playing grab ass an one pharmacist behind the counter that could see that I was standing there. Once I got registered with the clerk, she told me to go and sit in a waiting area for the pharmacist to draw up the shot to give it to me. I sat in the waiting area for another 30 minutes, which is now 10 after five. Then the pharmacist is insisting that I take the Covid booster, which I haven't had the other two Covid shots and not planning on getting the booster.

I match energy, and since the pharmacy supervisor or whatever she is Sania gave me the death stare like she wanted smoke, I gave her exactly what she was looking for tonight! The fact that some of these reviews go back 10+ years and still no improvement says alot about leadership! Because Lea sets the tone for the staff!! I'll never visit this Walgreens again!

Instead of apologizing or giving an explanation as to why the second prescription wasn't ready, he was very flippant about it, stating "well, it's just not ready, so you can come in and wait or come back in a couple of hours. Then this most recent visit he waited on me again. No "can I help you?", just "you picking up?" , then "alright, let me go get it" , then no thank you, nothing. This guy has a horrible attitude to say the least!!! He doesn't even make eye contact. Hopefully he won't stay long, because if he does, I would consider changing pharmacies. That's just how bad it is.

Besides, there's no room for them to expand. Surprisingly, there have been a few times when I went to get something at the WM close by my house, and they didn't have it! If I didn't feel like doing the somewhat stressful drive to North Beaumont, I'd speed through the countryside to the Bridge City WM. Most of the time, the Bridge City WM had what I was looking for. Claustrophobics, beware: The aisles are too narrow to turn your buggy around. That's how crammed in things are here. Staff are their normal unhelpful selves.
