They always have some promotions going on. From now until march every beauty product you buy is 50 points on your rewards card. 1000 points=$1 and so on and so forth.

I think they do that because now you don't have the option to do curbside or drive through. You basically have to go in and talk to someone at the Photo counter to dispute that the order hasn't actually been picked up. This location isn't too far from my house, but it is sooooo inconvenient compared to the other 6 or so locations that I visit. I only order here when I have to (item not in stock at other locations). I'll still do it to support Walgreens as a whole, but this location has a very painful process. Sidenote, the last time I was there I stood behind a lady who had already been waiting at the photo counter for about 10 mins for her pictures. She said some guy had told her he'd be back with help, but we saw him walk by twice with no help and didn't confirm with her every time he passed by that someone would be coming. I finally pushed the "help @ photo counter" button because she was too nice to do it.

There was absolutely no reason for her to be rude or speak to us that way. Customer service is about being respectful, even when you're unable to assist someone.

I go to this store a lot , its my home store. But I have started to see some very unprofessional things coming from the staff this past couple weeks . I went in a couple times during the evening. And when I walk in the little girl on the front register is leaning against the counter texting away on her phone. Not greeting you at all. Or even looking up when someone comes in the door. I have noticed some young men hanging out in the store in the makeup ares by the counter. As first I was like OK its just a customer but its been more then just a couple times. Same for the front register area. I come in about 3-4 times a week. Most times in the evening. I see the managers just going and going working there butts off. And helpful but the younger ones just standing around. Its sad there are so many people needing jobs and these two girls just don't care about having one. I will not stop coming in. But these girls need to wake up and do there jobs. Its not a meeting area or a phone center its a place of work. Your upgrading the store , maybe time to do the same with the staff. read more

GREAT staff ! I love coming in and seeing Lori she is great and always so happy and helpful. And happy all the time. If you are having a bad day she always picks you up. Great lady. Then they wait until you go to pick it up, to tell you there was an issue with filling the prescription. Why not call first? Versus waiting for me to go pick it up assuming it's good for pick up? Just major lack of communication. This is why I prefer mail order prescriptions. But it's not always an option when you need the meds asap.

As a result, I had to leave without my full prescription and now need to wait for the doctor to send in a fresh prescription to them.
