Ruby assisted me with a new prescription. Walgreen's coupon/ discount system is very convoluted: I recommend you check their website before paying. For example: the initial cost of my meds was $1200.00. However, by researching(very easy) there were several coupons that could be applied reducing the cost by half. But, not all of the coupons offered (thru Walgreens btw, this is a possible discount in addition to your health insurance plan)can be applied to the Rx. In my case, Ruby used my Good Rx card and got me a better discount than the other coupons listed online. Yes, staffing at all Walgreens is very sparse but that is 21st century reality. One of the absolute worst Walgreen pharmacies I've ever dealt with. Service is always slow and prescriptions often take days to fill. They are ALWAYS out of stock. Personnel are disorganized, in disarray and poorly trained. I can be 3rd in line at the counter and it still takes 30+ minutes to be waited on, only to find out that the order was flubbed or they're still out of stock. It's a shame because this store is a 4 minute drive from my house. The next store is 6 miles further but it will be worth the drive to save time and frustration. Inexcusable. read more

Such an unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. I attempted to return a product. Rather than politely or even considerably being told no, I was tasked to argue you my (valid) point. I was giving the wrong item and had a copy of my transaction and used my phone number upon checkout. Why anyone in a customer-facing environment would default to escalating an argument and talk over you, rather than attempting to diffuse the situation or even listen to seek resolution is baffling. If this is the quality of the employees, we may be better served with kiosks. read more

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs. They have the absolute WORST pharmacy waited so long in the drive through just for them to tell me my order hasn't been "processed". I come back the next day for to hear that ITS NOT READY?!?!?!? I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fill it up. What do they do all day? On average 13 minutes a car at drive thru so far 3 cars 39 minutes and car says 107 degrees obviously they get paid by the minute.

I called as one of our prescriptions were out of stock that we needed filled. I explained, "I was notified that the pharmacy is currently out of stock of the medication my mother needs refilled. Is there any way to find out if there is another Walgreen's in the area that has this item in stock?" She then answered, sounding annoyed, "Yea, you can call around to other Walgreen's near you and ask if they have it." I called the next Walgreens that was open, without telling them of my previous phone call experience, and Sylvia immediately offered to look up other Walgreen's stores in the area that had the medication available and in stock. She listed all of the locations off for me and even gave me the phone number for one. This medication helps bring down pressure in my mother's eyes that causes permanent loss of her vision. It is unfortunate that the Pharmacy tech that answered my call at the White Settlement location, didn't want to spend the time to check or even let me know they were heading to lunch and couldn't be bothered to assist me. I would have happily called at another time or even been fine with her calling me back when she had time. read more

I had such a great experience with the photo center at the Walgreens on White Settlement. Alysa was so patient and helpful and worked with me for at least half an hour to get the right size photo for my Korean visa application. Although the pharmacy is better than across the street (CVS) in terms of efficiency and friendliness, they apparently allow customers to enter their store WITHOUT insisting they wear a mask during a pandemic! And Texas just passed one million cases!!! A young couple was walking around and seemed to have cared less. I got out as soon as I could and doubt I'll be back anytime soon! read more

I've been coming here for 14+ years. The employees are always very nice, but the pharmacy needs MAJOR help. They are always so slow and have the longest lines - inside and in the drive thru. I just finished waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line. I think I'm going to start getting prescriptions elsewhere. It's been slow for years, but just continues to get worse. read more

1 star because of how they handle covid testing, i've waiting a whole week just to get tested and i ended up waiting a full hour in the wrong lane to get tested and they said it should've been in the email (which it wasn't i checked multiple times for it) and basically said it's my fault because the signs they have up.. keep in mind these lines are 12-20 cars back and the sign they have up to let you know it's 1st lane only are right next to to damn window.. how is someone gonna let me change lanes after waiting an hour?? get your shit together walgreens i should've just went to urgent care and waited just as long. Normally don't have a problem here. There is only one thing that bothers me, every time I use their pharmacy the line is long and they are very slow. I got my prescription, and the lady yelled "Console!" and the pharmacist walked to the counter scanned her badge and asked if I had any questions. Pharmacy is too slow. If someone is dropping off have them come back in 15 mins. I end up waiting 30+ minutes every time just to pick up my prescriptions and I take less than 5 minutes. Probably going to switch back to my old pharmacy because before I leave my doctor it's filled and telling me it's ready and I'm in line for 2 seconds just to pay. read more

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. Not only are they rude, but I had to file a case against them as the pharmacist lied and said my doctor never called in my prescriptions. My doctor's office had the recording of them calling and leaving he voicemail on their system. After we filed a case with corporate the pharmacist admitted that they had the voicemail. There was an 8 hour gap between the time the doctor called and I arrived at the pharmacy. My doctor's office explicitly told me not to use this Walgreens as this isn't the first time they have been involved with a case against them. After the incident report was filed, I continued to have issues. They always have to file separate SDOs for TriCare being my secondary. If I didn't have tricare as my secondary I absolutely would not use Walgreens. I dread getting my prescriptions filled. CVS across the street has friendly employees and pharmacy staff. If you're able to, I strongly recommend switching from this Walgreens to CVS. read more

This location is the absolute worst when it comes to their pharmacy. The pharmacist who works there, she is Asian, is the rudest, loudest and most obnoxious person. She cares nothing about your health and greets you with an attitude that conveys you are intruding more than that she cares about your health. Can these guys get another pharmacist already??? I went in this morning for a flu shot. The pharmacist was quick to verify it was covered with my insurance. She administered the vaccine quickly and painlessly. She was kind to my daughter and asked us about our day. Overall a great experience! read more
