That wasn't done. When I went in post op day two for treatment of infection found out nipple had been completely removed. I had a open wound on light breast from nipple down in triangle shape 3 inches wide and 2 inches deep. We treated it at home for 9 weeks. The left breast was not as bad. Still open only small hole. 6 years later I am still suffering with side effects of hard scars and moving scar tissue that hurts. My whole experience was awful. Never will recommend her to anyone. There were no reviews on her.

I booked a blowout service for my birthday last week- and my hair was past the middle of my back…read more When I was in the chair my stylist noted that I didn't have any layers in my hair and that if I did it would make my blowout look better. I agreed to long layers (as I've had them before and knew that they shouldn't take too much off the overall length) and she washed it, cut it, and styled it. Imagine my surprise when my hair is now shoulder length. She had cut over 8 inches off my hair and also didn't add any "layers" to boot. I am extremely pissed and will not recommend any body I know to receive salon services- even a blowout- at this location. Paid $75 for them to chop over 8 inches off of my hair that I absolutely did not agree to. Edit: I went in to request a refund and the store manager (I did not catch her name) was extremely helpful. I ended up receiving a full refund for the services. I still wouldn't recommend the salon to others and of course my hair won't be magically lengthened, but the customer service was excellent and the store manager definitely helped soften the blow from my terrible chop.

My mother went to this business starting Feb 2018 thru August 2018 and requested lip injections and micro needling for eyebrows. by the time several visits were made, my mother was charged a total of $30,000.00, mother requested copies of invoices of procedures done and of receipts numerous times and was always given the excuse that the printer and/or the computer wasn't working at that time. My mother stated that the reason she has not gone back or complained is that she has felt embarrassed because she has been taken advantaged of due to her age and lack of knowledge. In one month, my mothers credit card was charged $21,051.89,,,,,There is no way possible that she and her establishment has provided $28,000-$30,000 worth of facial treatments to my mother. Also, when I asked, she refused to provide her state license # for verification. The Physician that supposedly oversees her procedures is James M Tinnin, DDS (Endodontist) 1831 Green Acres Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72703 (479) 856-6600, I believe from my research (Arkansas Department of Health, Arkansas State Board of Cosmetology ) it is required for a Physician to consult with patient prior to procedures. Last time I spoke with Angela at that time she also refused to provide me with any information other than his name , I was able to locate this information on my own, I did speak to his office manager, Mindy, she informed me that Dr Tinnin only "oversees" her for Botox and Restylane injections only. If the owner of a business has nothing to hide or is being deceitful It is my belief that they would be willing to offer duplicates of any/all invoices/receipts, instead of excuses, to satisfy customer concerns. Complaints have been filed with Sebastian County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Arkansas Attorney Generals Office. FSPD. Arkansas Dept of Health. I know that this has been done to other elderly customers. If Angela Jarrell has a problem with this report I would be willing to look at all her receipts and invoice/procedure list of prices. For $10,000 my mom could've had a facelift! Angela is a crook and a con artist! I recently found out she does this to customers all the time and has various lawsuits against her!!! I wish I had known this before I sent my mom to Orchid! I also had microneedling done and it was over $600! This is double the cost anywhere else in town was!
