Front desk ladies were very kind and friendly. I was called back to my room before I finished paper work. My nurse was Cyndi who was also great! Wait time in the room was less then 5 minutes. Visit with Doctor was not rushed at all and she covered everything needed for the visit. Also had blood work done which took less then 5 minutes as well. Great experience and hope to be here long term.

However a few weeks later my son and I started to receive medical equipment which was absolutely useless to us. Joint Technologies in Edmond Ok was the shipper of this equipment. I have been told this has happened to several other people. They billed Medicare and Blue cross for the items they shipped to me and Medicare for the items they shipped to my son and billed him for the balance. He has not paid this balance and it has been turned over for collection. I have reported this to Medicare for the items Medicare paid for. I wish I could connect with others this happened to. Maybe we could file a law suit!

Mainly that scary little munchkin oompa loompa. Not even friendly. She called me and told me I was short on my monthly meds and kicked me out. I had them filled on 11/29 and my appointment was 12/10. I'm allowed 3 a day. Twice I counted them out. 12 ×3=36. Added one more day in case they counted the 29th. So, 39. Counted out 39 and at the time had 17 extra. Over 24 hours later, I still have 13 extra. They lied to me, to the doctor about me being short and I have proof. They said I came up short a few times. NOBODY EVER TOLD ME THAT. I've had several problems because they don't keep up with things. I got pain meds after my surgery from a doctor in Fayetteville. I got them from a different doctor and paid over $100 for them, over 24 hours of being out of the hospital I got them because they're so scatter brained I couldn't get them sooner. A surgery and I was in pain for much longer because of them. I did take them all and that's on me, but this is a straight up lie and I can prove it. These pics are of the date I received the pills, my appointment date (12/10) and all the pills left over from 12 days of 3 a day. In the bottle, the 39 pills, all the loose ones are extras. I think I may be able to talk to someone about this and that they lied about this months count. Plus, I took my 87 year old mother there today for her urine test and asked if they would recount my pills AND THEY REFUSED BECAUSE THEY KNEW I WAS GONNA PROVE THEM WRONG. Basically they suck. The doctor is Iranian and when trump was bombing Iran I prayed for his family many times.. I'm not normally someone who gives bad reviews, like ever, but this is a straight up lie and I can prove it.

For those needing to remain on site for observation treatment, they have spacious rooms to accommodate both patient and family. We have used their services twice and they have been excellent both times. While they don't accept Medicaid - if you have good insurance or can afford top notch medical care - we cannot recommend this place enough. There is none of the nonsense waiting of the other local Emergency Rooms at all. It is the best emergency care in the River Valley, hands down, in my opinion.

She diagnosed me as hypothyroid without bothering to do the appropriate testing and put me on…read moremedication that caused me to have a great deal of horrible side effects. I stopped taking the medication due to the side effects and the fact that I had felt fine before she put me on the medicine. I went back to her after I found out that it can give you heart problems if you do not take medicine to regulate your thyroid if it is unbalanced. She only ever told me that it would make me gain weight if I didn't take medicine, by the way. She did another blood test after I told her the effect the medicine had on me and even though my thyroid levels were within the acceptable levels and I had not been on medication for months she still prescribed me another thyroid medicine and told me to come back in 4 months to adjust my dosage. I took the new medicine, felt worse than before, and went to another doctor for a second opinion. The new doctor got a copy of the blood tests that she did and told me that I am not hypothyroid and never was. She even showed me a copy of my blood tests that read they were all within the acceptable levels. Even the half assed bare minimum testing that Dr. Phillips determined I was hypothyroid from, was normal. Avoid this doctor like the plague unless you want rushed, irresponsible, bare minimum care that you wait ridiculous amounts of time to see her for.
