I understand if one dentist is gone, another on maternity leave, if she can't "control when she has the baby" but a dental office should be able to let people know more than a single day ahead of time, or at the very least understand my frustration. I was on the phone for less than five minutes total, and no one raised their voice, but it felt obvious that they didn't need me as a patient.

I went to this dentist for two bad molars and was told I needed four root canals. I agreed to…read morethree, but before I could schedule the fourth, one of my permanent crowns fell off twice within months. When it came off again, it took the filling with it, leaving just the posts exposed. I called for help but was told the dentist was on vacation and no one else could assist. Later, an Endodontist reviewed my X-rays and found lesions on all three root canals, meaning every one now needs retreatment--less than three years later. Even worse, the fourth tooth he said needed a root canal only requires a simple filling. That says everything. He may be a nice person, but the quality of his work has cost me thousands and more procedures. Save yourself the time and money--go to a qualified Endodontist first.

I have never had another Dentist that was that knowledgable about other issues (nothing to do with dental) going on. The hygienist was Megan. Not only was she gentle, but was so polite and sweet. I honestly felt like I had known her for a very long time! While most people understandably don't like the dentist, as long as I'm with Riley Dental, I will always look forward to going! Dr. Moore helped save my tooth!…read more Went in to have an odd bump on my gums looked at. Dr. Moore diagnosed it (correctly) as an infection due to a failed root canal. Instead of immediately talking about pulling the tooth, though (which would have meant more money for him over a longer course of treatment), he recommended I go see Dr. Hiatt to check if he could re-treat the root canal and allow me to keep my original tooth. Dr. Hiatt *was* able to save my tooth, so thanks to Dr. Moore I was able to avoid having to go through a tooth pull + getting a partial or an implant. What's more, his staff is friendly, and he was perfectly willing to sit with me and explain all my options until I had all my questions answered. Will definitely be going back for regular checkups, and any other dental work I need.
