Who has $500 in cash in their possession?! To our knowledge this was never disclosed, nor is it disclosed on their website. If you use a Credit Card they increase the cost of the procedure by, in my Mom's case $32 ($538 to $600). This practice is most likely in direct violation of their Merchant Agreement. In fact, I suspect they are actually making money on the transaction! I am guessing approximately $15, after paying the interchange fees associated by using a Credit Card. (I worked at a CC Company for 15 years and my Mother worked with Merchant Services Team at a local bank). Naturally, we did not proceed. We contacted her Dentist Office, as well as 2 other Oral Surgery Centers in our City and neither of them have a restriction on how to pay for any procedures they provide , nor do they increase their fee. In other words, they accept, cash, checks, and credit cards and do NOT increase the amount.

Arrived 3:40 signed in showed my Aetna insurance card was told they don't take my insurance. The dentist is not under Aetna. I got Aetna on the phone speaker he said yes she is covered card says hmo but I've got ppo dental. Got it approved by 4:15 she said they wouldn't see me it was too late after I drove over an hour for an emergency appointment. I had to come back next day. The girl at front desk also hung up on my agent and he didn't understand why.

Dr. Moore helped save my tooth!…read more Went in to have an odd bump on my gums looked at. Dr. Moore diagnosed it (correctly) as an infection due to a failed root canal. Instead of immediately talking about pulling the tooth, though (which would have meant more money for him over a longer course of treatment), he recommended I go see Dr. Hiatt to check if he could re-treat the root canal and allow me to keep my original tooth. Dr. Hiatt *was* able to save my tooth, so thanks to Dr. Moore I was able to avoid having to go through a tooth pull + getting a partial or an implant. What's more, his staff is friendly, and he was perfectly willing to sit with me and explain all my options until I had all my questions answered. Will definitely be going back for regular checkups, and any other dental work I need.
