My six month appointment was cancelled the day before, and when I tried to reschedule (two months…read moreout) the receptionist seemed rather unhappy to be talking to me. I understand if one dentist is gone, another on maternity leave, if she can't "control when she has the baby" but a dental office should be able to let people know more than a single day ahead of time, or at the very least understand my frustration. I was on the phone for less than five minutes total, and no one raised their voice, but it felt obvious that they didn't need me as a patient.

I went to this dentist for two bad molars and was told I needed four root canals. I agreed to…read morethree, but before I could schedule the fourth, one of my permanent crowns fell off twice within months. When it came off again, it took the filling with it, leaving just the posts exposed. I called for help but was told the dentist was on vacation and no one else could assist. Later, an Endodontist reviewed my X-rays and found lesions on all three root canals, meaning every one now needs retreatment--less than three years later. Even worse, the fourth tooth he said needed a root canal only requires a simple filling. That says everything. He may be a nice person, but the quality of his work has cost me thousands and more procedures. Save yourself the time and money--go to a qualified Endodontist first.

When I bite the top and bottom doesn't line up. He told me that I would be able to eat what ever I want. When I went in I told him that I wanted to eat steak. He said that I would be able to, I cannot. He filled three teeth and after seven months one filling fell out. It not only fell out but the amount that fell out was twice the size of the filling. I can only surmise that he didn't drill out the whole cavity. I'm really mad because I keep throwing money in the trash. My previous dentist was just as bad.

Went in to have a bump on my gums checked out…read more Dentist (I saw Dr Le, not Dr Udouj) was nice enough, but spent all his time talking to my wife, not me. Couldn't get him to discuss what was wrong, or what the cause was. He leaped right into a discussion of how much pulling my tooth was going to cost! I had to push him to pay attention to me, and finally got him to admit that it might just be a gum infection and I could try antibiotics first to see if it cleared up. I left his office scared and confused, unsure of what my options were and what my best course was. Will be seeking a second opinion, and a better dentist.
