I have seen Dr. Liggett and Dr. Johnson for years now. They have always been very accomdating to my crazy schedule and their new office is out of this world. Everything is always very clean and the staff is super friendly. What I am most impressed about with RVSC is how great these guys are at what they do. They are the best Dentists around. I am thankful to have them in town! read more

The dentists are good, the dentist knows how to treat clients but the officer manager lacks of skills to treats clients, she is rude and will not show any signs of good customer service read more

In my opinion, River Valley Smile Center is one of the most reputable businesses in Fort Smith. I feel this way due to the professionalism and knowledge their staff brings to the industry. I got Aetna on the phone speaker he said yes she is covered card says hmo but I've got ppo dental. Got it approved by 4:15 she said they wouldn't see me it was too late after I drove over an hour for an emergency appointment. I had to come back next day. The girl at front desk also hung up on my agent and he didn't understand why.

Dr. Hiatt saved my tooth!…read more Had a weird bump on the outside of one of my back teeth, just below the gum line. Dr. Moore diagnosed it as an infection, probably from a failed root canal. Instead of pulling the tooth immediately, he suggested I see Dr. Hiatt, to see if he could re-treat the root canal and save the tooth. I'm glad I went! Dr. Hiatt agreed with trying re-treatment, and over the course of three appointments removed the old (infected) root canal material, packed it with antibiotics to kill the infection, then re-filled it with root canal material once the infection was gone. For each treatment, he was patient in explaining each step with me, and took care to make sure I felt as little as possible during each session. Will not hesitate to go back if I need his help in the future.

Who has $500 in cash in their possession?! To our knowledge this was never disclosed, nor is it disclosed on their website. If you use a Credit Card they increase the cost of the procedure by, in my Mom's case $32 ($538 to $600). This practice is most likely in direct violation of their Merchant Agreement. In fact, I suspect they are actually making money on the transaction! I am guessing approximately $15, after paying the interchange fees associated by using a Credit Card. (I worked at a CC Company for 15 years and my Mother worked with Merchant Services Team at a local bank). Naturally, we did not proceed. We contacted her Dentist Office, as well as 2 other Oral Surgery Centers in our City and neither of them have a restriction on how to pay for any procedures they provide , nor do they increase their fee. In other words, they accept, cash, checks, and credit cards and do NOT increase the amount.

I went to Dr. Liggett for a second opinion after my first dentist wouldn't address my concerns. I was surprised how well run this office is. Everyone was really nice and helpful. My previous dentist wouldn't address my concerns, I don't know if he just didn't want to do the work or it was too challenging for him but Dr. Liggett was very nice and explained the work that needed to be done on my teeth. Dr. Liggett finished me last week and I couldn't be happier. read more

Love Dr. Becker and his staff!! We've been using this dentist for 6 years. I won't take my family anywhere else. Dr. Becker comes in on off days for emergency work, and keeps in touch with the patient throughout the weekend to be certain all is well! Perfect patient care. He is the 1st dentist that makes me feel relaxed and is pain free! He has very skilled hands when it comes to your teeth. This office is very professional, yet friendly and inviting! read more

I recently changed to this Denists office. I have been twice and had great experiences. The Dr's and staff were very friendly & knew what they were doing. I wasn't uncomfortable and didn't feel anything when they were filling and capping my tooth. They seem to be a very busy office and handle the work load well. read more
