For some reason, my complaint just disappeared. I'm not saying that there was a bribe but what else could have happened? When I pointed out the alignment problem, I was just dismissed. I've been ripped off by several dentists but never as bad as this time. If you like your money don't go here.

My wife and I, as well as our parents and other family members all use her services as our primary medical care doctor. The offices are clean, convenient to the interstate/central Fort Smith and as part of the Mercy Medical system (one of the largest medical providers in the region) you can expect excellent medical referrals, an excellent hospital and E R system as part of the Catholic affiliated medical care system. The roots of the local Mercy medical system go back to medical care founded by local Catholic sister in the 1800's.

Front desk ladies were very kind and friendly. I was called back to my room before I finished paper work. My nurse was Cyndi who was also great! Wait time in the room was less then 5 minutes. Visit with Doctor was not rushed at all and she covered everything needed for the visit. Also had blood work done which took less then 5 minutes as well. Great experience and hope to be here long term.
