I recently took my glasses back to have a lens replaced, due to being scratched. When I went to have the lens put in, Peter made some unsolicited adjustments to my frames. When I tried to explain to him that my eyelashes were rubbing the lenses (where they previously weren't), he shrugged and said he was sorry for 'fixing them'. He had no interest in reshaping the lenses so they weren't sitting so close to my eyes.

I have been pleased every time I have been and I always feel like I get excellent service. The entire staff is very good to work with. I feel grateful to have excellent vision care and eye care in my hometown. The providers can assist with vision correction, sight/vision anomalies, eye disease, diabetic eye care and more. The doctor I see is an MD and he can provide surgery if needed related to medical issues with my eyes.

Made comments about 20 minutes in, "it was taking longer than most" appointments. Also mentioned i was free to get a second opinion and he didn't need my business. Needless to say, I am trying to find another place to go. I will pay the hundred dollar deductible. They wanted me to make a decision which level of cataract surgery I wanted with no information or suggestion about what I needed. He said to come back in 3 weeks for a reevaluation if I chose one of the premium lenses. Then i was sent directly to the girl who schedules surgery. When I explained to the girl at the front desk , I was not ready to schedule a surgery. Then I was sent to the financier. This obviously did not clear up any of my questions. Then I was sent to the counselor. After going through all this, I felt like it was the first time they were explaining things about procedures and options they we're not able to satisfy, My questioning about levels of lenses or what would be best for me. But they were ready to have me pick one? Yes, I did.Watch the six mini videos they sent on my phone that were two minutes apiece. I could not pick a star rating because it's two separate issues. I believe they are capable of doing the job.Excellently. The staff and the building are very professional. Clean and capable looking. The staff was excellent. I would give them a four star. Now the doctor on the other hand may have had a bad day or something. But he is the reason i would give a one star based on he could not satisfy the questions, and I feel that it was his job, and also was about as close as you could get to the word rude. I need an eye procedure and contacted the clinic TWICE to make an appointment to speak with the billing office to assure that I had enough money saved to cover the out-of-pocket expenses. No response from the email inquiry, and no one ever called me back after a phone call. Honestly, if there were another option in our area, I wouldn't use Ennen Eye Clinic again. It took a phone call from my eyecare practitioner to get Ennen's office to talk to me. I loathe that I have to give Ennen Eye Center my business and hard-earned money with this kind of customer service. I guess they feel they can give subpar customer service when they're the only eye surgery practitioner in the area. I have no complaints about the surgical aspect of the facility, although the last time I visited was when Dr. Ennen was the doctor there. Too bad the new owners allow bad customer service to smear Ennen's name.
