Best grocery store in town IMO! The deli/bakery has an excellent selection of bread, meats, cheeses, and other items. The fried chicken and various sides are outstanding. Honestly believe that their chicken is on par with or better than what you can get at most of the restaurants. They also have a great sushi bar with sushi being made fresh on site. This is the best grocery store in Fort Smith, Arkansas in my opinion. It sits conveniently along major shopping routes and has an excellent selection of fresh foods including meats, seafood, poultry, along with a bakery and deli and a pharmacy and also a florist. What a joke this place is. Got kicked out! For having a 4 pound chihuahua service dog in my dog stroller. Because he barked twice. Only reason he barked twice because some guy made a barking sound at him. He normally does not bark at all. Had 2 employees come to me and told me to leave. Told them politely that is was a service dog. Which I have papers for to show. Told them 2 "Harps police" employees to kick out unruly and crying kids too. Also I have seen people shopping there with no shoes. Needles to say I dumped my basket and left. Last time Harps gets my business. And shame on Harps to turn a 3 time combat veteran away. Came here needing some fresh strawberries for a margarita party we was attending and they didn't disappoint in a great selection. The store was extra clean and always well organized. Came in found what I was needing and checked out within 5 mins. That's what I call great service. read more

I absolutely love this store. Never had a bad experience everyone is completely nice and does their job. You might wait a little bit but still the service here is top class. I never had any trouble here of any kind and that's why my family keeps coming back. You may pay a little bit more but still its worth it for the quality. Sometimes the fruit and vegetables go bad after you buy it but nowadays that seems to happen. Still 10/10 read more

I just left work did not want to go to Walmart I saw that the cokes and a lot of Coke products there were many products on sale for three for 11 or one for 379 they were 12 ounce cans of pop so I get to the register and the frugal person that I am I look at the price well it came up almost 7 dollars and I corrected the girl she called a manager the manager had to go and see to make sure I wasn't lying of course and when he came back he lied about that shit he said that those were for the little cans I didn't even see 12 packs of cans he was lying out Right in my face just so he wouldn't have to give me the product for the price that was marked that really fucking pisses me off because then the cashier admitted that it was for the 12 ounce cans but it was from the day before so they failed to do their job and that mistake wrote back on the customer the customer should not ever have to pay for the mistakes of the store I guess you have to watch everything you get from harps because they're right there to fuck you in the ass too. If you're looking for better quality meat and produce, this is the place. Better selection of specialty and ethnic items than Wally. People actually help you find stuff. And, did I mention their cakes? Sooooo delicious and fresh. And beautifully decorated. They can customize your cake to your drawing or ideas. A+ grocery store. read more

In a world that seems to run by large corporations such as Wal-Mart, it's really nice to have other alternatives. Harp's has excellent produce & meat. I haven't found another grocery store in our area that can compare. While the prices may be a little more than Wal-Mart's, the quantity & quality are waaaaayyyyy better! read more

I swear it is so hard to find anything in this store. It is not organized efficiently. I have this problem every time I'm in there. And there is never anyone to ask for help. The one time I did ask someone, he was walking around with his girlfriend and then he said "Uhh, I really don't know. Let me go ask someone else. I work in the back." Then he came back with no one to help and we both looked for the item like idiots. I JUST left this time without any jelly or jam like I was looking for. And again, there was no one to ask for help.
