My wife goes there for her nails and a few other services that she receives. She always leaves feeling good/fresh and with a smile on her face. The owner of the salon has created and maintains a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The services are top notch - which I can attest to because I've seen my wife after she comes home from a visit. I've also purchased gift certificates there for both my mother and wife - which are not only convenient and easy to use - but they are decorative - so much so that it seems a pity to use them haha! (This has not stopped my wife or mother from using the gift certificates! lol). The atmosphere is comfortably posh. They stay busy, and as a result, it is better to work into a regular routine with your preferred stylist/technician/pampering specialist and then try to keep a regular schedule - though if you are a little patient you can work your way into a spot.

Everyone at the salon was very sweet and accommodating. It was a nice environment. I went in for a modern bob and got an appointment with the shop owner, John. What I got was an uneven mess. Instead of a stacked bob, I got the back of my head shaved and thinned beyond recognition (I already have thin hair). Then on the sides, it looks like 2 "curtains" that don't even look like the same haircut. I immediately went in to a different salon and she said it was possibly the worst work she had ever seen. She called some junior stylists over to show them what happened and used the opportunity to teach them how to avoid it. I did not complain to John and try to have him fix it, because I just wanted him to put the thinning shears & scissors down. He clearly had no idea what he was doing and I didn't want him to touch it again. I wish I could post a picture so you could see. I went in for a modern bob, which was supposed to be a little longer than chin length. To get it "fixed" to look like an intentional haircut, I'm going to have to get a pixie cut. I have never had my hair that short and I have never wanted to go that dramatic. To add insult to injury, I was charged $45 for the haircut at Mr. John's! Save your money and go somewhere else. If the "master stylist" and shop owner doesn't have the skills to do a basic (and popular) haircut, I would suggest that you go elsewhere for a haircut. I wanted to give 0 stars, but the it wouldn't let me. Trust me, this haircut deserves no stars.

My mother went to this business starting Feb 2018 thru August 2018 and requested lip injections and micro needling for eyebrows. by the time several visits were made, my mother was charged a total of $30,000.00, mother requested copies of invoices of procedures done and of receipts numerous times and was always given the excuse that the printer and/or the computer wasn't working at that time. My mother stated that the reason she has not gone back or complained is that she has felt embarrassed because she has been taken advantaged of due to her age and lack of knowledge. In one month, my mothers credit card was charged $21,051.89,,,,,There is no way possible that she and her establishment has provided $28,000-$30,000 worth of facial treatments to my mother. Also, when I asked, she refused to provide her state license # for verification. The Physician that supposedly oversees her procedures is James M Tinnin, DDS (Endodontist) 1831 Green Acres Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72703 (479) 856-6600, I believe from my research (Arkansas Department of Health, Arkansas State Board of Cosmetology ) it is required for a Physician to consult with patient prior to procedures. Last time I spoke with Angela at that time she also refused to provide me with any information other than his name , I was able to locate this information on my own, I did speak to his office manager, Mindy, she informed me that Dr Tinnin only "oversees" her for Botox and Restylane injections only. If the owner of a business has nothing to hide or is being deceitful It is my belief that they would be willing to offer duplicates of any/all invoices/receipts, instead of excuses, to satisfy customer concerns. Complaints have been filed with Sebastian County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Arkansas Attorney Generals Office. FSPD. Arkansas Dept of Health. I know that this has been done to other elderly customers. If Angela Jarrell has a problem with this report I would be willing to look at all her receipts and invoice/procedure list of prices. My mom didn't get hundreds of fillers in her face! In fact she barely looks like she got any filler at all. Angela then proceeded to harass my mother through text messages wanting another $2500! For $10,000 my mom could've had a facelift! Angela is a crook and a con artist! I recently found out she does this to customers all the time and has various lawsuits against her!!! I wish I had known this before I sent my mom to Orchid! I also had microneedling done and it was over $600! This is double the cost anywhere else in town was! My face also bled and looked worse than any other photos I found online of a microneedling service. It took a really long time to heal.
