The only small complaint would be that I wanted a different color one each nail, but that was my fault for not addressing it, and the price. Which both complaints were understandable when the design I asked for was quite difficult. They were $60. Over all the service was amazing. He was very gentle and paid attention to details on each nail. I loved how quickly he thought of new designs and suggestions that made my nails look even better than before. I came in for a natural looking French manicure, which ended up not matching the colors I wanted. I mentioned the white being too white and I didn't get much of a reply when I stated that. I was convinced to do "rounded square" nails, which turned out almond, but I didn't mind that. I wear almond nails often. I had to ask for the French tips to be fixed a few times and when I would say a nail was messed up, the lady sighed and would grab my hand to fix it without letting me finish to say what nail I was talking about. When it came to the massage, she did an amazing job on the first hand. When it got to the second, she used a drop of lotion that fell on my arm while she was massaging the first hand and rubbed it in for 10 seconds. The lady seemed a bit rushed. I didn't want to stay any longer feeling like I'm burdening her. Inside the shop, I felt like my nails looked okay, but when I got in my car, I noticed I was bleeding and some of the nails looked a bit funky. Mandy did assure me I could come back to fix whatever I didn't like, but other than her nice demeanor, I didn't feel welcomed by the woman doing my nails. It's been a couple of days and few of my fingers still hurt.
