I visited them 6/15. I got a mani/pedi. They charged me over $100 and it's 6/20 now and my nail is already broken. They did not even give me two coats of the base color or any of the color. I have had my nails done at many different places and in different states too. The design I chose looks good but they put so little polish on my nails that I am not sure if it will last much longer. I don't recommend them if you want gel. This was gel and I don't think they did it correctly. read more

This place is just ok in my opinion. It's kind of old and run down, with spa chairs that have seen better days. That said, the people are nice and they use a new sanitized packet of utensils for each client. Prices are comparable to what I pay at home (SoCal). read more

Tech was JESSICA. I brought multiple nail design pics because a few were intricate and not every tech is comfortable. However my tech REFUSED to do 6 of my ideas (each was more simple to do). After the 1st 2 she stopped giving me a reason... just No. She finally agreed to a design And we started. From there was the most uncomfortable & stressful nail experience I've had. She seemed very angry (fuming) the whole time. Grabbing & slapping away my hands. Making annoyed vocal sounds. Throwing the color sample book into the desk in front of me. Raising her voice at me when getting the colors. And never stopping to ask me if I was happy with how the design was looking. I regret not walking out! Ending with a poorly executed version of what I asked for. I paid and left as fast as I could. And will never go back. read more

I made an appointment via text messages and the manager was so sweet and got me all set up for my appointment. I got an amazing pedicure and then moved on to a Dip Manicure with Lisa. I love this place! They are extremely talented. They can do all sorts of designs. You get complementary drinks. Every time they do your nails, they open a new bag for tools so you know they are clean. When you get a pedicure, they put a shower cap thing so the bowl is sanitary as well. Re: Tony (Owner) - Nail Tech. Provides horrible service. Services requested were, to remove the Gel Nail, replace with two tips on the left hand (for broken nails), acrylic overlay with the Gel color. After the technician filed off with the drill; he proceeded to soak the remaining Gel Nail in a very dirty jar (small; about 4 oz in size); he filled it up with Acetone and stuck two of my fingers in the jar. There was no room for any others; I asked if he wrapped individually; he stated, 'no'. I explained to him it was unsanitary; the jar was dirty, there were polish chips floating in the jar; the jar was dirty on the outside and the inside. I removed my fingers. He became angry and stated that Acetone kills everything and I will be washing my hands anyway. Wow! I have never seen this process in a nail salon. I visited the salon before, but have been apprehensive due to his outburst with other customers. This is not right! He needs additional education, people skills and his customer service skills are horrible. In the end, he was very upset, swiped the jar from the table, when I proceeded to take a photo of the jar. I took pictures of the salon/his station instead. His last comments, were --Get out! Don't you ever come back here again! I told him I will be reporting his to the agency. He takes too many short cuts as a nail technician. He is very rude! I went to another salon and it seems like the town is aware of his antics; bad practices and there was another customer who no longer goes there because of it. He has a very bi-polar disposition; frustrated and irritated behavior. Today I was not settling for his rudeness. read more
