E was incredible! She was so considerate and did an amazing job on my Gel X toes and acrylic nails. She even freehanded the flowers on my nails, and they turned out beautiful! She's incredibly talented, the atmosphere is very relaxing with spa music and dim lighting, overall I would absolutely recommend her and this salon! read more

I love these nails. They were even better than the pictures I showed him. There was no thumb in the photo and the design be improvised became my favorite out of the different variations. The only small complaint would be that I wanted a different color one each nail, but that was my fault for not addressing it, and the price. Which both complaints were understandable when the design I asked for was quite difficult. They were $60. Over all the service was amazing. He was very gentle and paid attention to details on each nail. I loved how quickly he thought of new designs and suggestions that made my nails look even better than before. The last photo was my reference picture. read more

Adore Nails Spa - Girls day at the spa! - Nail Salons Near Me - Fort Smith, Arkansas

I visited them 6/15. I got a mani/pedi. They charged me over $100 and it's 6/20 now and my nail is already broken. They did not even give me two coats of the base color or any of the color. I have had my nails done at many different places and in different states too. The design I chose looks good but they put so little polish on my nails that I am not sure if it will last much longer. I don't recommend them if you want gel. This was gel and I don't think they did it correctly. read more

This place is just ok in my opinion. It's kind of old and run down, with spa chairs that have seen better days. That said, the people are nice and they use a new sanitized packet of utensils for each client. Prices are comparable to what I pay at home (SoCal). read more

Tech was JESSICA. I brought multiple nail design pics because a few were intricate and not every tech is comfortable. However my tech REFUSED to do 6 of my ideas (each was more simple to do). After the 1st 2 she stopped giving me a reason... just No. She finally agreed to a design And we started. From there was the most uncomfortable & stressful nail experience I've had. She seemed very angry (fuming) the whole time. Grabbing & slapping away my hands. Making annoyed vocal sounds. Throwing the color sample book into the desk in front of me. Raising her voice at me when getting the colors. And never stopping to ask me if I was happy with how the design was looking. I regret not walking out! Ending with a poorly executed version of what I asked for. I paid and left as fast as I could. And will never go back. read more

Visiting from out of town, well actually moving here in a few months and wanted to find a place to call my permeant home and here it is! I made an appointment via text messages and the manager was so sweet and got me all set up for my appointment. I got an amazing pedicure and then moved on to a Dip Manicure with Lisa. My first Dip and I loved it. Super cute ombre! We finished up with a facial wax. I had an amazing "me" morning and I will be returning on a regular basis! read more

An amazing little gem! The technicians take their time to make sure your services look and feel amazing. Definitely the best in town. You will feel very much at home here while getting your feet pampered or your nails blinged out. The attention to detail is what sets shops like this apart from the rest. read more

I love this place! They are extremely talented. They can do all sorts of designs. You get complementary drinks. Every time they do your nails, they open a new bag for tools so you know they are clean. When you get a pedicure, they put a shower cap thing so the bowl is sanitary as well. Their VIP pedicure is amazing! The atmosphere is great. read more

Re: Tony (Owner) - Nail Tech. Provides horrible service. Services requested were, to remove the Gel Nail, replace with two tips on the left hand (for broken nails), acrylic overlay with the Gel color. After the technician filed off with the drill; he proceeded to soak the remaining Gel Nail in a very dirty jar (small; about 4 oz in size); he filled it up with Acetone and stuck two of my fingers in the jar. There was no room for any others; I asked if he wrapped individually; he stated, 'no'. I explained to him it was unsanitary; the jar was dirty, there were polish chips floating in the jar; the jar was dirty on the outside and the inside. I removed my fingers. He became angry and stated that Acetone kills everything and I will be washing my hands anyway. Wow! I have never seen this process in a nail salon. I visited the salon before, but have been apprehensive due to his outburst with other customers. This is not right! He needs additional education, people skills and his customer service skills are horrible. In the end, he was very upset, swiped the jar from the table, when I proceeded to take a photo of the jar. I took pictures of the salon/his station instead. His last comments, were --Get out! Don't you ever come back here again! I told him I will be reporting his to the agency. He takes too many short cuts as a nail technician. He is very rude! I went to another salon and it seems like the town is aware of his antics; bad practices and there was another customer who no longer goes there because of it. He has a very bi-polar disposition; frustrated and irritated behavior. Today I was not settling for his rudeness. read more

First off they are more expensive than the other nail salons in Fort Smith. I went into Adore to get my nails refilled and they told me it would be a minute, well it was 20 minutes later. The staff was also rude. No salon is worth that. Serving wine while kids are there isn't a smart idea either, read more
