How do I give no star?! The entire staff were bashing their clients, including the girl who was providing me service. Non Vietnamese please beware! I didn't want to blow my cover by telling her I UNDERSTOOD everything that was said about me and others. ProNail may be cheap, but I do not do unprofessionalism or rudeness. I specifically ask for pearl colored nails for my bridal shoot, the lady attempted with pink which I said that is not pearl. She proceed to ask her cohort and I ended up with a clear coat. I've been here a couple of times to get acrylics done. For a full set, it was only $20 for regular polish and an accent nail. Was impressed by how quickly but efficiently it was done. But today when I tried to call to inquire about an opening, they were very rude and hung up on me. Could just have been disconnected by accident but after the terse responses, I was given it didn't give me the feeling I wanted to go back. Very rude. read more

Located on Roger Avenue in front of Sam's Club. They are in a strip mall next to AT&T and some haircut place, so parking can be difficult because it is not a big lot. Friendly workers and very clean atmosphere! The ladies here are sweet and really good at remembering you (they always greet me by name and not m'am, sweetie, honey, or anything cutesy)! Pedicure and manicure special is only $30. They do an awesome job and never rush on their work even though there is a line of customers waiting. read more

I used to go to this place a lot the past few summers, but on my birthday last month I got this old woman that was VERY rude to me and I will not be going back! The whole time she didn't even say anything and when she finished she got up and went to another customer without saying anything and made me stand at the register for over 10 minutes to pay!! They wasn't even busy, I almost walked out! By the way, they don't sanitize their utensils very well because 2 weeks later I noticed I had my first ever toenail fungus, and I know I didn't get it anywhere else cuz that was the only place I went to! read more

Will not go back. My fingers are a little tore up from the manicure and my ring finger on my right hand is now infected in the skin (on the side of my nail). While I was there, a member of the staff was sleeping at her station. She literally had her head down sleeping. Perhaps she could have been sterilizing tools so that their clients are subjected to the dangers of infections. They did a nice job on the pedicure, but I won't risk it again. read more

I've used Pro Nails as my main nail salon for over 10 years now. I get a mani and pedi a few times a year. I've always been impressed with their attention to detail, excellent service, and great prices. But this time was different and I don't think I will be going back. While the massage was generous and excellent on my feet and legs, the rest was lacking. I left with rough heels and a part of my left foot felt raw. My first nail tech dropped a nail file on the floor, picked it back up and continued using it on my toe nails. There was what appeared to be a large toe nail clipping in the middle of the floor. The nail tech messed up on a toe nail, removed the polish, but did not replace the base coat. I was continually pressured to get shellac, despite saying no and expressing disinterest clearly and concisely multiple times. And my first nail tech seemed annoyed that I wouldn't get shellac. I was passed off to a different manicurist near the end of my manicure with out anyone saying a thing to me. My first tech just got up abruptly and walked off and after a bit a different lady sat down and continued my manicure. The first tech continuously messed up on a nail removing the nail polish over and over, each time with out reapplying the base coat after attempting to remove something from the middle of my nail with dirty Cuticle Nippers. The massage on my hands and arms was also lop sided. One received a long massage, the other was short. She was also a bit rough on my left hand. I have a very mild tremor and she also seemed annoyed with that. One of my nails was filed crooked, like a diagonal or trapezoid maybe? I don't know how to describe it. My top coat was applied haphazardly, you can clearly see where the top coat unevenly begins and ends, above the polish painted to the cuticle. Also now the left side of my right toe is visibly and painfully red and swollen. So I'm concerned I've picked up an infection. It breaks my heart, because I've used and loved this place for years and it was my birthday present. It left me disappointed and disgusted. read more
