She did put the call on hold when another customer walked in and she abandoned my granddaughter to take care of that customer. Seriously, she just walked away and started working on someone else. She did return and continued her phone call at an ear piercing level. UPDATE I published this review too soon. Another customer came in and the technician abandoned my granddaughter again to start on the new person. Terrible customer service.
