Tried this nail shop for the first time! Needless to say I will not be back. The person working on my nails maybe said two words to me because she was checked out and on her phone with someone the whole hour and a half that I was there. She filed my natural nails so much that I just asked for the manicure and no gel polish as I intended. The pedicure was okay they do not use a top coat on the nail before putting polish on. Also, I noticed that they do not switch out tools before using on another person. I would say this is the most unfriendly nail shop I've ever been to. read more

I went with my granddaughters today. We had a good time. At least there was more than one person working. Prices are good. Service was good as long as you can understand what they are saying. Seemed to talk more amongst themselves instead of us. But ok whatever. I was very happy with my nails and the design she did. But now that I'm home looking closely. Steer clear! Worst nail salon I have ever been too! The lady doing my pedicure and full set rushed the entire time, the water in the pedicure was cold, and when I asked her to fix a finger nail she started to be very aggressive, she hurt me so many times and even straight up yelled me when I asked her to be careful. I don't have a single cuticle left, my fingers are raw. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

I was visiting Greenwood in December 2011 and noticed this new nail salon. They had only been open for a few months and didn't even appear in an online search, but having had mediocre experiences at some of the other nail salons in Greenwood, I decided to try this one. They took me as a walk-in and were very friendly. The facility was very clean and seemed sanitary. There were several spa massage chairs and UV light dryers available. Surprisingly, I got the best pedicure ever! Yin was awesome. She soaked my legs and feet in hot towels and massaged them with hot rocks. It felt so good. She was really thorough removing the calluses from my feet as well. And for only $20...that wasn't even the deluxe pedicure, which I am now excited to try. I needed to get my old set of acrylics removed and have new ones put on. Jon did an excellent job with my nails, while he and the owner stayed an hour after closing to finish with me. They were both friendly guys who made fun conversation...in English. I had a great experience at this salon and would recommend it to everyone! I could have given a 3 star but the nail tech was on her cell phone almost the entire time of my mani and pedi. I doubt I will go back as I felt I was keeping her from her call. My pedi was good but my two week old shellac has already peeled. read more

I have not had a good experience at Diamond Nails. For whatever reason the shellac and regular polish both came off after about 4 days. Normally shellac and pedicure polish last a month for me. To make matters worse, when I came in to fix the shellac the nail tech peeled it off with her hands. When I asked her to stop she said it was ok and wasn't damaging my nails. I finally said sternly 'don't do that!' And she said 'oh ok' and proceeded to let it soak off. But the damage was already done to most of my nails. They're still breaking months later. read more

Went in for Pedicure and decided to get manicure as well. Manicure was done at pedicure chair while there were several manicure stations open. The clinician literaly sitting on the foot tub edge. Lighting horrible so i didnt realize how terrible my fingernails looked. They clipped them off and haphazardly filed them, still have jagged edges. The polish is dreadful. It had tiny bubbles and polish left on my cuticles. It looks as though a child painted my nails. Straight home to remove. 8/8/17 read more

The price was about regular, but the service was much less than professional. Nail polish came off the same day in some nails. Very disappointed. Won't go again. read more

This place is pure crap, they always speak in a different language. They yell across the salon like it's nothing. They always say something, laugh then stare at me. It seems like they just want to finish and move on with the next customer and they don't clean their tools, they just stick in that desk behind the wall. I always see cockroaches when I'm in there. This place should just shut down! read more
