Eventually, someone told me to sit at a table, but the whole service felt rushed. My nails were left scratchy with barely any polish applied, and the tech looked bored and uninterested, as if she just wanted to get it over with. I even had to file my own nails at home afterward because they were sharp and unsafe for my patients. If this salon only wants appointments instead of walk-ins, they should make that clear on their website. Customer service here is consistently poor, and I won't be coming back or recommending this place. There are plenty of better salons out there--even if they're farther away.
