Was treated just plain wonderful. I went in for passport photo. The photographer was very nice and helpful very respectful. When I returned to pick up photo the lady was so kind and fun. i walked up to the counter to pay for my stuff and the emo girl that works in the picture development booth stood there and gave me zero instructions. She didn't tell me how much my stuff was, I had to ask, she just stood there with a blank look in her face. This is happening all the time at this location just don't go. TERRIBLE service. My wife and I went in for passport photos (because they advertise that they take them). When we got there, there were no customers in the store. We told the gal at the counter we wanted the photos taken. She had no idea what to do. A few minutes later, an employee comes out of the back while we are standing there and she asks him if he can help with the photos. He says "I'm going on a break" leaving my wife and I standing there as he walks out the door. This gal fumbled around and grabbed a camera and did her best to get set up. Other customers came in and she kept putting them ahead of us. A family of 5 came in for their passport photos and she put them ahead of us. The guy on the break never came back that we saw and we were there a good 1/2 hour. Shoulda been 20 minutes, tops. NEVER in my life have I had such a sh*tty experience at a store. Absolute worst. We definitely won't shop there again. read more

Quite dirty and and painfully slow. Most pharmacies aren't fast but this one was particularly slow. The first employee told me it would be about 15 minutes and then another walked up and said it wouldn't be faster than 30 minutes. Ended up being closer to an hour. read more

Over an hour to get our flu vaccine. It took 40 mins just to get the forms to fill out that had the same questions we were screened with. Not busy at all, no one else around, and no one driving up to their drive thru window. Ridiculous "servce". Super slow doing whatever they needed to do other computers and then slow after we handed in our paperwork which only took us a minute to complete. I even had to ask if the vaccine would be ready soon, I think they forgot about us. No reason to come back here again. Zero redeeming qualities. read more

Came to pick up my Covid anti-viral prescription this evening 7pm... (it had for some backwards reason been sent to another Walgreens - not this Walgreens fault!) Sonoray check to make sure they had the medication in stock and said it was no problem, she could absolutely "pull the order" from the Issaquah location and bill this location and get it ready and we could pick it up within the hour. She said I'd get a text. (This is my home pharmacy and I have two regular scripts I get monthly that I get texts for so they have my number.) I never received a text letting me know the order was ready. I logged on to see what was up and this is what it's showing... Lovely! So... a time sensitive medication that isn't even in stock that they couldn't or wouldn't pick up the phone and call me about... no solution? What do I do now? It's almost 10pm. I understand the whole short staff thing, I completely understand that. Every single time I come to this location I wait more than 20 minutes to just pick up a prescription, no exaggeration. I'll continue to go here due to it being the most convenient but we can't keep blaming the pandemic on our work ethic or being short staff because surely that was almost 3 years ago... Awful!! Everything about this store is terrible, especially the pharmacy. It has gotten worse and worse over the years. There is either fights or drug deals in the parking lot and/or you have to wait an hour to get your medicine. Actually, pretty much every time I have went here over the past year and a half I have had to wait at least 45 minutes- and that is inside or at the drive through. I sent my prescription in to be filled a whole week ago, and it is still not filled! They are so disorganized. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Horrible service. I went to get my prescription and waited over 30 mins in the drive thru line and decided to say screw it and go inside to get my prescription. I was told my prescription wasn't ready so I figured oh what 30 mins to an hour and it'll be ready? No. I was told I wouldn't be able to get my prescription that day. Obviously frustrated because I came from the doctors and had a UTI. So I asked if I could pick it up the next day. Good little location especially if you don't want have to deal with the zoo that is the Fred Meyer directly next to it. On a lockdown weekend there's no reason the parking lot of FM should be full with groups of people loitering about together. I get that Snohomish county leaders have said they won't enforce stay at home orders from the governor but there was blatantly irresponsible behaviors by all of the patrons - forget trying to stay 6 ft away from people in the store. I walked in and walked right out and went to Walgreens! They had everything I needed including parking right by the entrance - great help in maintaining this couch potato physique. read more

After being let down time and time again by Bartells I switched our prescriptions over to Walgreens and even though it's further from our house, it has turned out to be the right call. Yesterday I arrived to the drive thru to pick up my daughters asthma medication only to discover the doctor had sent it to the wrong location. The pharmacy technician offered to pull the Rx and fill right away rather than have me drive to the next town over in rush hour traffic. She said it would be a 20 min wait. I checked in at 10 minutes and she was done! Then she informed me my insurance would only pay for one inhaler at a time despite the Rx being written for two. So she helped me plan ahead to pick up the next inhaler as soon as possible. Her knowledge and problem solving abilities helped me navigate this new territory (kid with asthma) confidently. The only reason my review is one star shy of perfect is because the big bin in front of the pharmacy where you discard your unwanted medications for safe disposal is always full. It's such a great service that other pharmacies do not offer but when it's locked it's useless. read more

By far, the best pharmacy and pharmacist I have dealt with. We are a large family with many prescriptions every month. I've never had to wait more than a day to have my prescriptions filled, even the random ones that aren't regularly carried in most places. I will have it available to me by the next day. I love the communication by phone and text so I always know the status'. I was especially impressed and thankful that they were able to help after a long stay at children's hospital. We were released very late and I was sure I wouldn't get there in time before they closed. I called to let them know I was rushing over and the pharmacist offered to wait for me. Because of that, my son was able to sleep comfortably that evening and so was I. She is a great pharmacist and compassionate person and Walgreens is lucky to have her. read more

Walgreen's in Oak Harbor--terrible service. Waited half an hour in the drive up window line after their tech phone line said my script was ready. It wasn't, and the girl at the window was very rude, sarcastic as hell. Told to come back in 20 minutes. Came back and waited in line in the store this time another 20 minutes, still not ready. I was told to come back in 35 minutes !! Wasted almost two hours and never got my script. Terrible service, rude unprofessional people working in the pharmacy, understaffed. Slowest pharmacy on earth. Day or night, weekday or weekend- it doesn't matter. There are always 3+ cars in the drive thru (which has 2 lanes but only ever uses one) and if you go inside there are always 3+ people in line. What's worse is they offer tests for the scamdemic in the drive thru which takes 10+ minutes to administer. They have 2 registers inside but only 1 person running them. They also offer poison shots for the scamdemic and checking a person in for it takes (I've timed it) at least 8 minutes. Not to mention their horrible service... I've been coming here for years and too many times to count I've received the automated message saying "your prescription is ready for pickup) only to go and wait in line for sometimes up to 30 mins only to be told "oh that is back ordered" without even so much as a "sorry". Obviously severely understaffed and no one there seems to give a sh*t. Stay away, stay far far away. read more

Located on Bothell Everett Hwy in the parking lot of Fred Meyers, this is one of my favorite Walgreens. It has recently been remodeled inside with a fresher look in terms of marketing and signage which has helped bright the store up. Ad items tend to be in stock more frequently at this location then others and I have not had issues with expiration dates on food products. I recently had a wonderful experience with a manager there regarding the Excedrin recall, and he handled it with extreme professionalism and ease. I appreciate how wonderful this location is and look forward to shopping here for future needs. read more

This review is entirely about the Pharmacy Counter located in this Walgreens on Bothell Everett Hwy. A friend of mine was suffering from a bad cold virus. She asked me to pick her up some cough drops and some Sudafed based cold medicine that would help with her cold symptoms and cough during the day and another one for nighttime. I went up to pharmacy counter and asked which of the cold medicines behind the counter had pseudoephedrine with something else for coughs. The person I spoke with said I would have to ask the Pharmacist. So I waited for the Pharmacist to get off the phone. Waited, waited, waited... When she finally was able to talk to me I asked my question: Me - "Which of the cold medicines with pseudoephedrine have something for cough relief?" Pharmacist - "Is the patient on any other medications?" Me - "Probably, but I don't know what" Pharmacist - "Then I cannot recommend anything without knowing what meds she is on" Me - "I just want to know which ones have cough suppressing meds in them" Pharmacist - "I cannot recommend anything" I was very irritated by her unhelpful rude attitude. I was NOT asking for a recommendation, all I wanted to know was which of the cold relief OTC meds had something for coughs in them. I sat in front of the counter and did about one minute of google searches and found the info I needed. I then asked the others behind the counter to let me look at the packaging on a couple of the options till I found what I wanted. I then chose a daytime med and a nighttime one to purchase. The pharmacy employee made some comment about how he wasn't sure if I would be able to get two products with pseudoephedrine in them. I understand that a bunch of Meth head losers in this State have caused some very strict regulation of Cold Medicine with pseudoephedrine in it. Unfortunately when someone has a cold virus, pseudoephedrine is still the best remedy for relieving the symptoms. This state does regulate the amount one person can buy during a certain timeframe, but to imply that I may not be able to buy TWO - one for daytime and one for nighttime is ridiculous and showed that this Pharmacy has poor training of its staff. I left feeling like a Criminal for taking care of my sick friend. The cold medicine I purchased gave her relief and helped her get some rest so her body could heal over the next few days. SHAME ON WALGREENS PHARMACY IN BOTHELL for being so uncaring and rude to people who are sick or trying to care for sick relatives. I told my friend my experience and she will never use this Pharmacy even though it is located near her house. read more

It's not the closest Walgreens to me. But come after any holiday, the bargains at this and the N. Walgreens are astonishing! They sometimes mark things down 75% off, like the 2nd week. I always make an extra trip over to this south Everett Walgreens, to pick up any bargains already snatched up at my closer N Everett Walgreens. And every week, W has specials. Right now (Jul. 27, 2014) , W. has eggs for 99 cents/dozen, and milk for $2.49/gal. Come on, like that isn't an amazing bargain! Walgreen's on-line ad loads quickly (didn't used to), which is a great way to see what's up before I drop by. read more

Every single time I visit this location (which has been a lot due to an unfortunate motor vehicle collision), they exemplify great customer service. I was getting married and leaving the country, they did everything they could to simplify the process for me getting my prescriptions. When I returned, THEY REMEMBERED who I am and genuinely asked how my wedding and trip was! Who does that? I just stopped by today, and was horrified to see a huge bin of candy with a large sign on it saying 'We accept SNAP - Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (Food Stamp Program)'. Why would any store want to blatantly advertise junk food to low income people this way? I was shocked. As I headed to the front of the store, I then noticed more SNAP signs, each time placed in front of a junk food selection. I don't know if this is a corporate decision, but I consider this exceptionally poor taste. Low income people struggle enough with trying to find good food choices that they can afford. Having a greedy chain store try to coerce them to buy junk with their EBT card is tasteless. read more

They don't staff the pharmacy with enough people. I have been waiting 2 hours for my prescriptions. I am so sick and just want to go home but I have to wait 20 min more now. It's a Saturday; they shouldn't have only two people at the pharmacy. This is nuts. :-( I feel sorry for the staff it isn't their fault it's upper management understaffing to save money. But i have to negate 2 stars for this office, because I physically witnessed a pharmacist drop several pills on the dirty floor, pick them back up and put it in the bottle to be dispensed. I went Walgreens in Mill Creek/ Silver lake area where my passport photos taken. The pictures looked horrible and a lot of orange color with off white. Oh my...do I do horrible and look like mug shot LOL and I realize that these are not glamour pictures, eyes,:scared1: I realized that it was REALLY bad. I am not being picky, this picture is truly awful. I'm the person who thinks my driver's license photo is good :) I paid $12 for two freaken 2x2 photos. I was so mad If your passport picture looked this bad, would you go back and ask for it to be retaken (at no extra cost, of course).:confused3. I got home and ripped my photo; decide to take a picture my own using my camera with white wall background. It turns out perfect. I'm not sure what happened, but it did look like I had been attacked by someone or applied my make-up very, very poorly, neither of which was the case. I was suffering from swelling and not being able to hardly breathe and not only did they take forever they were super rude and couldn't care less that I needed that medication ASAP.
