Email often gets lost, so I nearly got stuck on a refill, almost running out of my cat's vital medicine. And, staff do not know how to set up the phone/internet refill app for the customer, so I would avoid that too. (To the owner: I highly recommend that you remove the email and app mentions from your website, until you improve your IT systems to always work promptly and effectively with your staff and customers.)

On too many occasions, my prescription wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, and it felt like they didn't actually start processing my prescription until I came to pick it up. The store itself is a good supermarket, but the pharmacy part just hasn't been very reliable for me. Overall, it works for basic needs, but I've learned not to rely on the pharmacy for prescriptions without calling to confirm first.
