This is the closest Walgreens to my house so why I always go there. But the service in the pharmacy is terrible - I typically don't rate them - but it's just getting worse & worse. I don't know if they are understaffed but there always seems to be at least 3-4 people working. They never acknowledge you when you walk up & I've always had to wait even if there is no one else in line. I called today was on hold for 10 minutes periodically someone would answer & would say we'll be with you in a few minutes and put me back on hold then I was just cut off. I need to find another pharmacy because this one is terrible. read more

Bad customer service I had to go into the pharmacy and give my insurance. After one of the pharmacist's yelled at me about an RXPCN number. He kept telling me it was wrong even though I can see it on my card. I presented my insurance when they instructed me to go into the store and found out my prescription wasn't ready. An hour wait and I'm still waiting after the hour. I go home and find out that one of my prescriptions is not covered and now I cannot call my doctors office and ask for an alternative due to the 9 hour wait. I understand that everyone is busy and that would be fine but I would like to know before hand if something isn't covered. I feel like I shouldn't have to wait for the prescription to be filled to know if it is covered or not. Now I have to make a choice do I pay the 300 dollars or do I wait 2 days and suffer through my illness. All due to pharmacists not listening nor caring about a patient. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy and I will never be shopping nor filling prescriptions with Walgreens again. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. Customer service is terrible. Every month I get a "delayed" notice telling me they are out of medication and it has to be ordered. Same thing happens with my husbands prescriptions. After dealing with this for 3 months we finally changed pharmacies. It should t be this hard to fill a prescription. read more

This location is not following CDC guidelines for booster shots for COVID. They said that company policy is that you must qualify for a third dose (as in organ transplants etc.) AND a booster shot as per CDC guidelines. Strange policy and I don't think the pharmacy staff actually know what the policy really is. I also am skeptical about their vaccine handling protocol now given the lack of knowledge in other areas. read more

I initially had a problem with a prescription that I dropped off and ended up speaking to Sunny, who also had a sunny disposition and was extremely apologetic for what had transpired. One of the ladies I had the experience of meeting with was quite grouchy & has no enthusiasm what so ever about what their doing. I went in here today and asked several times for help unlocking ink so I could finish a project, SEVERAL TIMES even to the point where one of the other customers looked at me and said I wonder why she's ignoring you. I usually go to the Walgreens up the road but they didn't have my prescription in stock so they sent me here. The pharmacy is slow. They seem to only have one girl back there during busy hours. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line (there were two cars in front of me) I'm currently in the process of waiting for her to get my prescription out of the bin and to charge me for it 15 minutes and counting). read more

I have lived in the neighborhood for over 17 years and I have never been so disappointed by this store until this incident. I had a heath issue that caused me to go to the hospital. Upon my released I stopped to dropped 3 prescription off and showed them insurance papers. I was told it take 1 1/2 to fill, which was ok. So an hour later I receive a text message from Walgreens stating that my prescriptions have been delayed due to insurance and Stated I should call them. I did and spoke to a rude female in the pharmacy who made no attempt to be helpful. I told her I would return to pickup my prescriptions. After I hung up I decided I wanted to speak with the Pharmacy Manger so I called back. After being put on hold for 10 minutes I was told there was no manager in the department. Disgusted I hung up & called and spoke with the store manager who assured me there was a pharmacy mgr on duty. I explained the situation to her and she claimed she would look into the situation. She returned within 2 minutes and informed me that they couldn't fill my prescriptions using only the paper insurance that I showed them when I dropped off the scripts (cost was over $400 without insurance). Ironically WALMART filled them with 45 minutes. Needless to say I will NEVER patronize this store again. I will use either CVS or Walmart. read more

I completed a transaction for a prescription issued to me by my dentist for work done earlier in the same day. My dentist advised me of the medication name and quantity in advance. When I purchased the medication through the drive through, a young man assisted me. Before I drove out of the parking lot, I verified that I had the correct medication. Only half of my prescribed amount of pills was in the bottle. The receipt, the bottle and the accompanying paperwork all stated that 20 pills was the amount prescribed and purchased but the bottle only contained 10 pills. I am highly concerned and disappointed in Walgreens. Hydrocodone is a highly controlled medication and when individuals like myself have a valid prescription and need for the medication, we are dependent upon your services, expertise and professionalism to ensure that our needs are safely and ethically met. I returned to the window immediately and the same young man asked me what the problem was. I explained and he left for a few moments. Then he returned, stating that 10 more pills were added to the bottle. He didn't ask me to sign anything (like an incident report), and he didn't ask if I wanted to speak with the Pharmacist or a Manager. If I had asked a family member to pick this prescription up for me or had I not counted the pills before I left, Walgreens would have succeeded in stealing narcotics from a patient.
