This Walgreens is located in Coolidge, near the Walmart. It's nicely kept up with lots of parking available outside. I stopped in to check out the Snoopy loot that seems to be everywhere right now. They had a good selection, but I tried hard not to buy anything and I was successful, lol. I did need a price check and the cashier Judith was friendly. If you're in need of something without having to go through a huge store and walk through aisle after aisle, this is it. This place is typically not too busy, and it's easy to get in and out of which is nice. On the downside they need to update their decorations to Christmas for tomorrow as they are still set up for Halloween with cobwebs everywhere. Seriously, the next time you're in this store look up at the lights over the cash registers and along the windows. Spooky! They seriously need to do a deep clean here. read more

I have been with Walgreens for 25 years and this Walgreens, Coolidge AZ has been the worst,the pharmacy and the pharmacist and the techs don't just embellish they've been trained to lie. I have called corporate and reported it. When people with breathing problems have to wait 2-3 days for inhalers because they don't have it in stock. If my doctor sends over a bundle of scripts I can count on this Walgreens blaming my doctor for them not getting the scripts. I call my doctor and they resend the scripts even when they see that it was sent in. I am changing pharmacys. I don't like being this. This is happening to others not just me. Ie read more

Normally don't leave bad reviews, but I've had so many problems with this location several different times it was a must. Pharmacy here SUCKS. They never answer the phone, even when they open up right at 9am. They like to keep taking you off hold just to put you back on it. Don't get prescriptions filled here, they don't know how to do their job efficiently or communicate that with people calling. At this point I could die from not taking my medication and they still wouldn't answer the phone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE. So I leave home to drive 25 miles to pick up meds at the drive thru. Wearing pajamas because I'm not getting out of the car, I didn't bring a mask, only to find the drive thru is closed and I have to go inside. I throw on a coat over my pajamas and go inside, to discover they won't give me a mask. I didn't bring one because I was going thru the drive thru, after all. I stand in line with a half dozen other people, unmasked. The girl at the pharmacy tells me I should talk to the people "out there" about supplying us with masks. No manager in sight, I leave hoping myself or others weren't exposed to COVID 19. This is supposed to be medical supplier, isn't it? read more

I went to Walgreens because I was lucky enough to get an appointment for my 1st Covid vaccination. Despite being overwhelmingly busy, everyone was extremely patient, professional and really nice. When I compared my experience there while they were under duress (it was the 1st day they offered the vaccine), I decided to move my prescriptions from the Florence pharmacy and was again, very pleased with the service I received. Will be doing all my shopping and prescription refills there from now on! read more

We drove here passing by to our hotel and it was great. Convenient, pleasant service and had all our necessities that we needed for our weekend festivities. The prices were average and thats nice as well since sometimes they rank them up since its by a major road or highway. read more

I left there crying. If your old and STILL don't understand the concept of customer service what are you doing with your life? I had the unfortunate luck of getting Bill to be the one to take my babies passport picture. I mentioned to bill that I needed the picture done asap to get an emergency passport to go to my moms funeral. And my baby just like any other baby was crying. As he stood there looking so annoyed after the third try he repeatedly kept mentioning to come back another day I walk around to let her calm down I come back to him and again after a few tries and looking irritated he said to just come back another day. Not a spec of empathy or compassion from this man and I'm sure it can be clearly seen by the cameras they have everywhere. I left crying because I've already went through a bunch of obstacles trying to make sure I can make it to my mothers funeral I didn't think that an employee at Walgreens would make it even harder for me. I have never worked at a place where I was allowed to tell a customer to come back another day because I was inconvenienced as the employee. I come back the next day and after we were able to successfully take her picture bill made me wait until he helped out every customer in the entire store before he rang me up. It was like a joke almost so I got in line after about the fourth customer he helped and after waiting all that time someone else came behind me in line (I've already been waiting 15min at this point if not more) and he tells me that he's going to help out the person behind me so I'm just standing there like an idiot with my child crying idk how or in what way that was ok. read more

Two days after my three prescriptions were to be filled, I have to wait on two because the "other two didn't go through". Why did I receive confirmations then? On top of that, the tech stated I picked up 90 days worth of meds which I did not. Why would I be here??? This #Walgreens is slow and disorganized. I do not recommend wasting your time here at all. Go to Walmart where you expect to wait too long. read more

First off, I want to say Thank you to all the Walgreens employees, every department is well stocked, clean, prices clearly marked. If ever I get to the check out without my rewards card, or coupon, seems like everyone reminds me. I shop here every month, get prescriptions for my family, and it feels like back in the day at "Pat's Pharmacy-in Coolidge, Rexall-in Florence, or Freddy Celaya's Apothecary Shop on Main St., Florence. The Pharmacist, and all the staff behind the counter are helpful, kind and never rude (even when I see they are getting slammed with orders). Walgreens Price Gouging Scam! The Walgreens pharmacy has been running my thyroid prescription on their W "savings" card for a $20 copay. Then my doctor told me that levothyroxine is a really cheap drug, and made a notation to warn all his other patients about the Walgreens rip-off. (At Wal-Mart the cash price for levothyroxine, with no insurance and no discounts, is $4.) When I confronted the Walgreens pharmacist she said their cash price would be $11 - with no apologies for all the times they have charged me $20. She said that Walgreens doesn't have a $4 pricing tier, as if that explains anything. Off course, I transferred all of our prescriptions outta there.
