I come in every day and the head manager is trying to say I'm not on the cameras so she doesn't know what to tell me I wasn't there. Well then I'm sorry but your cameras are broken. You guys owe me for a $10 scratcher and my winnings for $15 of a scratcher a total of $25 it might not be much to you guys, but I'm missing mama seven kids and I have been fighting this for two months now I think it's insane that I'm even having to go this far just to get my money that I'm deserved and owed. I've told her about the two separate occasions she has proceeded to tell me that I did not tell her about the second situation twice now so the first time I told her about it, I came in again to see what the results were and she tried to say that I never told her about the second occasion then I came in again recently and was told I still haven't told her about that same situation. I said this is the same thing you said two weeks ago when I told you about this so two separate occasions now I am being called a liar two separate occasions now I'm not getting my money and I'm being treated poorly because you guys owe me money that is so wrong and so unfair. She even dismiss me today and said Yep bye when I was still talking I really wanted to like her even know all the horrible things I've heard about her and I've tried and said hi and how are you every morning and still I'm getting treated this way. It's really sad. I can't go to lottery anymore because they kept my ticket that I won on the $15 and the $10 never came out of their goddamn machine. The ticket was stuck and then I was just not allowed to have it because she doesn't have proof I didn't get it because her so-called cameras didn't catch me that day at their establishment and like I said I'm there every single day so your cameras are broken ma'am please please if you see this reach out to me. I know the owner's name is Sunny, but they refuse to give me his phone number or let me speak to him so I'm trying this route.

I always purchased a premade deli sandwich and the owner would make me a fresh one if he was out of the one I wanted. I have recently craved one of their sandwiches and how much I have missed them since my daughter finished her therapy! I went in to ask why and the clerk threw his hands in the air and said that he had been inundated with complaints for the same thing and that he always paid inside the store and not at the pump for the same reason. He told me to contact the store manager about the issue. The upshot is I paid $2.75 more than advertised. That happens a hundred times a day. This is a really bad way to do business.
