When I arrived to pick up three prescriptions for my household, there were only two customers ahead of me. The first customer was assisted and left without issue. The second customer, however, stood at the counter for close to five minutes before being acknowledged. After eventually receiving service, she left--and I later saw her returning to the store with her prescription in hand. When it was my turn, I stepped up to the counter and waited nearly 10 minutes (approximately 9 minutes total) without any acknowledgment at all--no greeting, no eye contact, and no indication that anyone would assist me. During this time, there were at least three CVS staff members behind the counter actively working on prescriptions, yet no one made any effort to assist or even acknowledge waiting customers. Additionally, a customer at the drive-thru window appeared to be waiting for an extended period as well and ultimately left after being told someone would "be right with her." This level of service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Even during busy periods, acknowledging customers and providing basic communication should be a priority. I had stopped using this CVS location back in late 2019 due to similar concerns, and unfortunately, this recent experience confirms that the issues have not improved. As a result, I will once again be looking for a different pharmacy. I hope CVS takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to customer service and workflow at this location.

Nuff said…read more The staff at the Pharmacy were friendly and offered help with OTC medicine right asway, granted there was no other customers. The transaction was quick and seamless. It is a huge store and if having to walk around so much just to shop is not your thing, then you should avoid this store because it is like Costco in size. A hover board could be handy for customers or even employees for that matter to get around this huge space. On the flip-side, at least the aisles are wide and spacious so you aren't dodging other customers all the time and you will get your steps in for big shopping trips.

When I asked to speak to a manager, I got Star, and honestly, she is the worst manager I have ever encountered in this store. Instead of de-escalating the situation, she made it worse. I explained what happened and made it clear that this should never have happened. I told her I wanted my items replaced, but instead of handling the issue professionally, she started making excuses for the Bag Boy. I told her I didn't want to hear excuses--I wanted my items replaced or refunded. Rather than resolving the situation, she decided to take issue with how I was speaking, like that was more important than addressing the problem. When I asked whether she was going to replace or refund my items, she played games by asking, "Well, which one do you want?" I literally said, "Whichever is quicker for you." She refused to do either. In the end, I had to leave the store with my contaminated items while she stood there talking about me to another cashier. As I was walking out, she yelled after me to "Have a nice day!" in the most condescending tone possible. Star is unprofessional, rude, and completely unfit to be a manager.

The pharmacy team is friendly, but they seem very disorganized and frazzled. Perhaps they are understaffed. With medications, disorganized is definitely a negative. This location is awful and that says a lot considering that Walgreens is universally an awful experience. Save yourself unnecessary hassle and avoid this location.

1 Star - Serious Food Safety Concern On Saturday at…read moreapproximately 10:30 a.m., my wife and I were shopping at the Walmart on Southern Avenue in Mesa, Arizona when we noticed a very strong, unusual odor coming from the baking aisle. As we tried to determine where the smell was coming from, we found several bags of brown sugar that appeared to have visible rodent droppings and urine on the outside of the packaging. The odor was overwhelming, and we observed what appeared to be contamination on multiple packages, not just one. We immediately stopped shopping, abandoned our cart and groceries, washed our hands thoroughly, and left the store because we were concerned about potential contamination. This was one of the most disturbing experiences I've ever had while grocery shopping. I hope Walmart takes this seriously by removing any affected products, thoroughly inspecting the baking aisle, and addressing the source of the contamination before anyone else is exposed. I'm sharing this because food safety should always be a top priority. I hope management investigates promptly and is transparent with customers about the outcome.
