Horrible. All i needed was Sudafed which i have to get at the pharmacy. I went in and there were 8 people in line. I waited for a legitimate 20 minutes and not a single person was helped. (I promise this is no exaggeration) after 20 minutes i asked the lady behind the counter who was helping drive thru customers if anyone is helping anyone in line. Her answer was "no, not right now." 2 people walked away at that point. Absolutely horrible service. She could have at least alternated between cars and people.. AND there was another person behind the counter, but she was "filling prescriptions" so she couldn't get any of the 8 people that were waiting in line for 20 minutes and not being helped at all. read more

I haven't updated my review here since 2016 and it's way overdue. I came here a lot as it is my neighborhood Walgreens and sometimes I would go here three different times, morning afternoon and night, I know :-) The very pleasant and friendly voice of the lady at the register welcomes me with the "Welcome to Walgreens" mantra and she is the last voice I hear on my way out the door with "have a lovely day". That may but not seem like a big deal to many folks but it's kinda a big deal to me and here's why. ......... WHY HERE ........ Anyway, the very kind and gentle lady at the cashier always puts a smile on my face, if only fleeting, but it is a smile nonetheless and I know it leaves an imprint on my day and I'm more likely to pass on a good wish than not. The night pharmacist is a very friendly, professional, knowledgable and accommodating gentleman who has helped me on numerous occasions and has gone above and beyond his duties to make my life a little easier, and for that, I am most grateful. Bottom line: There's a ton of good and bad experiences at Walgreens across the country but this one is one of the all-around good ones! read more

I've been coming to this location for years for all my prescription needs & sometimes shopping needs when it's more convenient for me to come here then WalMart. On occasions they offer quality brand name products at discounts you won't see at other competitors. I just got some pods for my washer at $1.99. I've taken notice to some of their other depts. or services I don't use but inquired about. Like their photo department which is quick convient & offers a few pictures accessories like frames. They offer a kiosk to download your digital photos & have them developed. I love that convience & will be using that in the future. I'm a big user of cologne as I love different fragrances they offer a small display case of fragrances. I usually got Nautica as it was the only brand name I liked out of their selection. I always get my prescription filled here as it's a closest Walgreens location to my house. The pharmacists there can sometimes be helpful or have no idea of what they're doing. Sometimes I have to let them know. I have been getting this script for years it's in the system or I get a unwanted script & they'll fill it & put it in with my regularly scheduled scripts. They still put it in there & want to charge me for that script. Forget that. My word of advice is double check or get charged for something you didn't ask for. The regular highlight for me here is the cheap cigarette prices. read more

5 stars for the photography department. The store itself is just too small for my tastes and I doubt it would have the odd ethnic food items I buy. I have walked around before a little bit and bought a few things before but I rarely go here. Hubby and I order pictures online and pick them up here pretty frequently. I love the fact that they almost constantly have deals going on for pictures which have excellent discounts. The staff is always friendly to me and the photography department is always willing to answer our questions about pictures. This has been the absolute worst experience I've had with a pharmacy ever. I've been told 3 times that my medication would be refilled, and I've yet to receive them. I've tried calling and can never get through. Once I got through, I was transferred to only be put on hold again. Take your prescriptions elsewhere!!! read more

This pharmacy is so very slow! Went to the doctor over 13 hours ago and they called in my prescription. Not filled yet and no one answers the phone to be able to get an update on when it will be ready. The app just says it's in progress. This location is always very slow and inefficient. I order Christmas photo cards online to pick up in store . I received the wrong glossy prints instead of the matte paper cards I order . When I talked to the clerk wasn't she wasn't helpful . I will not order from Walgreens anymore ! They were also out of envelops for the Christmas cards . The pharmacy is incredibly slow! Goodness. I will be changing my Walgreens pharmacy location. I have been using this Walgreens for about 5 years now and I have never had a good experience with them. Before this location I have used one other and was always pleased with my interaction with them. I understand they are busy and running a business but please make changes so that customers are not waiting 45 mins plus to even talk to a person! Terrible! The pharmacy is awful. I would give it negative stars if I could. My doctor called in a prescription for me and for 2 weeks I got robo-calls or texts that they were working out coverage with my insurance and there was nothing more for me to do. After I finally got 2 successive calls that is was ready and went to pick up the prescription, I was told it was not ready and not covered by my insurance but all I had to do was call my doctor to tell him to call in a different brand that was covered. After being a Walgreens customer for 30 years, I'm done. They hang up on customers multiple times in one evening. Just trying to see if prescriptions are ready. Earlier this week a pharmacy tech told me I wasn't a customer there (only for 7 years!) I asked her to look again, there must be a mistake and she said it again. I spoke to the pharmacist tonight after being hung up on twice. Her response - "Sorry mam." Then she walked away. No intention of ever trying to handle the employee responsible for the phones. Wow! This Walgreens is pure garbage. The girl with the blonde hair working in photos is a straight B. I came in to take a passport photo and she said I'm about to go to lunch. So I say cool, even though she was rude as hell. I come back 45 mins later and it's three of them standing at the photo station. Nobody acknowledge me at all. The girl with the blonde hair sat there and watched me standing at the counter and she knew what I was coming back for. After about 7 mins, another lady asked me if I was there to pick up photos. I clearly stated I am here to take a passport photo. The girl with the blonde hair who was standing there just looking at me finally stated, not to me, but the other associate who asked me if I was getting picture, that the kiosk machine is not working. She knew what I was coming back for and she knew the machine mysteriously stopped working when I came back but disregarded to tell me and had me standing there that long. They seem pretty racist to me at that store. She just had got off the kiosk before I left prior to coming back and helped a Caucasian lady print out numerous pictures. Staff is slow and rude. Plan on a 45 minute wait in line to get your prescription filled. They are constantly out of prescriptions. They don't give you notification is there is a problem with your prescription. IF they are able to fill your prescription that day, it will be several hours. They need more people working to handle the workload but there is never more than 2-3 people working. read more

Most Walgreens are the same so it comes down to customer service. The ladies we met today were extremely friendly and helpful. All Walgreen should look to this place and treat their customers the same way. They may be a little slow, but they make up for it in attitude. read more

I used to get my Perscriptions filled here... I am without insurance! And to get my meds I had to pay 20$ a year to get a discount. The discount was not one at all!!! I had trouble getting one of my Perscriptions because it was way to expensive and had to call my doctor to get a cheaper one called in. My refusal doctor has been getting on to me for using Walgreens because of how high they are! I just switched to Kroger and saving more then 70% on my Perscriptions!!!! And don't need to have a discount card ( which you have to pay for at Walgreens) it was always such a hassle waiting in the long lines and calling and talking to a staff member! I hope this helps anyone who doesn't have insurance! And Kroger is the way to go. read more

The most useless pharmacy I have ever been too in my life. Every time we try fill a rx something is wrong. Always takes forever to get anything filled. They will not call you to let you know something is wrong. You go in and they have screwed it up again. Today dropped off rx 3 hours ago. The pharmacy sucks. They don't give a crap about customers at all. They just let the phone ring and ring and ring. My doctor tried several times to call in my prescription. I stood there and heard the phone ringing off the hook, and the staff ignored it. I gave them my doctor's number and asked them to call him instead. They said they would. I came back an hour later. Nothing. They lied and said they called, but they didn't. They said they'd call again. They didn't. My doctor is my employer, so I know they are lying. read more

Staff is rude and not knowledgeable about their own service they offer. The manager Tamika is so unprofessional it was unreal. If Undercover Boss comes here they would terminate the entire management team on day shift. They are judgements and rude to customers using coupons or other discounts on the ad sale items. There was so much disrespect from the cashier who was told by the manager to void my transaction and help the customer behind me?!?! Talk about poor leadership and the cashier was going to do it until I told her no way and the manger needs to address my issue respectively prior to moving on to tht next customer as if I were not a paying customer. Down right disgusting customer service where I stood inside the store to call customer service for help because Tamika the manager and her cashier was unprofessional and verbally belittling. It's a shame the way people who have these little league jobs treat folks with malice and disrespect. After the manager mocked me about using coupons she laughed. I never mentioned I was on Doctorate level with substantial income because I should not have to defend how I spend my hard earned money! I often think what thus would do to the woman with children who has just lost her husband and income has been affected?! Maybe the coupons would help her save and be able to provide a little more.
