I'm glad that there remains a decent brick-and-mortar purveyor of men's clothing and accessories within the Mid-South. (On-line shopping is a very poor substitute for physically examining products and trying on clothing.) All in all, I have no complaints about the quality of service from the employees. This is the closest location to my home and I stop by pretty regularly for gifts and my own personal shopping experiences. I have always found the associates quite helpful in every area I visit. I am probably in the men's dress clothes and scents areas the most often. I do tag along with the bride a good bit as well. She probably likes it here more than me so I get to see all the lady stuff too. She is especially fond of the purse section I have noticed. As far as scents are concerned, there is significant savings if you buy online, but you can't smell them online. I find success in asking the ladies for the "best smelling, least popular scents". She was managing that location as well as taking shift at her original location causing her to fall asleep behind the wheel of her car causing her to have an accident by working over 80/hrs a week for over a month! When her district mana her finally told her to stay at collierville and get that store to journeys standard they hired a district manager in trainings gf (ash) which at some point started to break things inside the store like a bathroom wall and yell at employees in a very vulgar manner all during work hours even sleeping on the store floor! However she was not fired til she slapped Hailey across the face on day during work hours this was when Hailey filed a police report and told HR about they eventually fired Ash!! A few months later Savannah told Cannon that Hailey was about to get fired but first we are going to demote her but only for $9 an hour, so if she files for unemployment she won't get co-manager pay! After being demoted she got fired 1 day after and Savannah's reasoning for the termination was because Hailey talked about being assaulted by a manager! There was no Nondisclosure form that was signed she has no write ups for her conduct or work ethics maybe because sales of the store were low but she was even with Cannons personal sales numbers and the company even gave cannon a raise! Everything in the store is tasteful, fabulously fashionable without being too trendy (ahem, rhinestones are not the main draw, thank goodness), and befitting for where I am in my life. Now that I'm in my early 40's and comfortable with who I am, this boutique gives me the extra confidence boost. I have been getting tons of compliments with every piece from this place and everything coordinates well with items I already own. If you feel like you're missing out because there is no Bloomingdales, Saks, NM, or Nordstrom, think again. This place has it covered and I am never shy about checking out the sales rack (many pieces are in the back) to make sure I can max out my purchases.
