I just left the store to pick up an order and while I know they have to pitch the sales and the credit card, the short white lady with red hair aggressively pitched her credit card promo and after I politely said no for the fifth time, she asked me was I worried about not being approved... Ma'am. Lady. Excuse me? I had my daughter with me so I didn't show out like I wanted to because I'm trying to be a good role model for her but I thought that was really rude. I do not understand why she felt I needed to explain myself to her any further than no. I'm not worried about anything except unnecessary spending... I don't want their credit card. Period. She will be the reason I just go ahead and switch to Torrid. Silly rabbit.

We walk in, maybe 1 other customer yet maybe 5 workers if my count is correct. One lady advised of the 40% sale area and then vanished. Me, walking around with an item to try on, passed at least the 5 ladies I counted, never asked "would you like a dressing room, is there anything I can help you ladies with?". Expected proper customer service for the price point. One may ask, "did you ask for a fitting room"?", nope I sure did not. I've worked in CS before and it's your "job" to ensure EVERYONE that walks through that door is treated kind, with respect AND as a valued customer hoping they'd be become a repeat customer. With so many stores closing, people losing jobs and the store almost empty, they should have wanted that additional purchase to close their quota or go beyond for the night. Whether the people in store knows it or not, this economy is very fragile to offer this level of service. I'll end with this, I will/would never step foot in this/that store again or purchase online and/or recommend this store to anyone. Such a disappointment for a 1st time visitor, notice I didn't say "customer".

I always find the best deals on work and casual clothes. I also love their shoes. They are made really well and they have also stood the test of time. I have found good shoes for as low as $3.99! This is a great place to shop for work, casual, or church clothes. They have some trendy items, but this is normally my go to spot for casual attire. Try them!

Plenty of women's lingerie but some men's lingerie too. Bondage stuff, plenty of dildos, vibrators, cock rings, and anal gear. A small selection of strap-ons and packers. Lube and condoms, of course. Pocket pussies in many configurations. We didn't spend any time in the back section (porn is not our cup of tea) but we could tell there were lots of DVDs to choose from. Truthfully we've been peeking our head into a lot of sex shops along our road trip, but this one was the first one we actually found something new and desirable to add to our collection (a strap-on dildo that in place of the typical suction cup end instead has molding meant to interact well with female genitalia and provide pleasure during the act). I was extra delighted when it rang up on sale for 50% off! Must be my lucky day! The employee working here was friendly and in a good mood, greeting us on entry, asking if we were looking for anything specific, and letting us know we could ask if we needed any help. It was appreciated! There's also a kick-ass mural outside for fun photo ops!

Mind you, while not a prude, this is a place (or anything similar) neither I nor the little lady ever set foot in. However, said lark sang loudly as curiosity and anxious excitement buzzed about. Admittedly, there was both intimidation and trepidation in us both as we quickly became overwhelmed with what-was-what-and-where, but gathering up our "adultness " we pressed Lisa for some help. She immediately and enthusiastically shared the layout of the store, pointing out which gadgets and gizmos beeped and bopped what-when-and-where. She was very open about everything and fostered a fantastic laid-back air of confidence. Based upon recommendations the credit card transaction was done, bag was stocked, and there was an even higher vigor of the night-to-come (pun intended). Let me say, Ms. Lisa's recommendations and insight were not hyperbole - they were spot-on and the levitation was achieved, as advertised! So, if ever you were curious, liberate yourself and take solace in a joyful individual providing joyful outcomes to patrons of this location - Ms. Lisa will not steer you wrong.

When I first walked in, the first staff member was not very nice. She was quick and snappy and really made me want to walk out; however, the other lady that was there changed the mood quickly. She was pleasant, patient, and very kind to me and my little one that was with me. This is the reason I'm giving them a 4 star. In the end, I was very satisfied with my purchase. The value is great! Let's just say the bras are getting the job done! Now that I know my size, I will shop online.
