It took me way too long to get into this place! I think because it is off the beaten path, not on a busy street I probably would never have found it on my own. I brought my husband in here with me to check the place out. We were informed that one side was a little more naughty than the other, and they had such a wide variety of sizes styles and materials to spice things up! I forgot to use my Yelp check-in offer of 20% off, but was gifted a pair of thigh high stockings with my purchase of three gorgeous outfits!! This place is stocked. Driving up you wouldn't expect what's on the inside. You have to ring a doorbell which was odd going in, but once inside I was happy you had to do so. Tying on the outfits, I would hate for someone to just walk in. Staff was so friendly and somehow knew my size without asking. That was impressive. They listened to my "wants" and I found 2 pieces I loved. I wouldn't have found them on my own. Would recommend for anyone looking for a fun outfit. read more

This place is awesome! I went to another shop in town looking for a corset and instead found overpriced cotton nightgowns my grandma might be interested in - this place is the complete opposite. As other reviewers have said the customer service is awesome! If you are shy you won't be by the time you leave. As a plus size girl it's SOOO nice to go to a store that stocks sexy stuff in my size, I tried on a lot and it was a hard decision on what to get. Ultimately I had to go with a pengior set because I felt so darn glamorous in it and I'm waiting on the most beautiful cream colored bustier to come in in my size to wear on my wedding day. I have no doubt that these two pieces won't be enough and I'll be working my way through my wish list soon. read more

If I could give a business a ZERO star rating for customer service and over exorbitant pricing with NO regard for their product, I would. Bought a bra back in September, I have worn it TWICE; finally had time to call today to see if there was anything to do to fix the issue I was having with the too-snug fit, thinking that surely this expert business in "fine" ladies lingerie would know some awesome trick or be able to help me out, AND for which I paid a very exorbitant price. My result: a smart ass remark asking "how did i expect her to magically fix a bra" --and the other extremely helpful remark was "I'm sure you understand we don't take back used underwear that you bought months ago and have worn several times." I repeated that i have worn the item twice, and promptly got nowhere. What i EXPECT is for a local business to stand by their customers who support them-- I'm not trying to return a G string here. Though that is exactly what your comment insinuates. Nice way to make me feel like I'm trying to pull some scheme when I'm calling for help and advice. This is the Cosabella t-strap brallette that is simply a size too small for me, that you sold me just a few weeks ago. It's nothing for you to exchange it to a medium if available, but we couldn't even get to that point. Hell, Cosabella is the nicest company -- i will deal with them myself. If you were kind enough, you might know that. I used to sell cosabella in retail so I am well aware of their open return policy for vendors. YOU give a bad name and are an insult to the high end lingerie stores of the world. read more

Wanted to wear a shirt that required something special underneath (netted back, no regular bra would look good, too thin to go braless). Waited last min to shop. Visit was excellent! Didnt get the young lady's name that helped me but I explained my shirt and she knew EXACTLY what I needed. It looked great and fit perfectly! In and out within abt 10 or 15 mins and 100% satisfied. I was in Memphis for the Cooper Young festival .. Noticed such a cute little lingerie shop .. They had belly dancers and a band playing out front.. So much fun!! Went inside .. I wanted to see if by chance they had Cosabella brand .. I've only ever found at Saks or Barney's .. Shocked to find they had Cossbella lace bras and panties in every color. Also had Rago shape wear. The customer service was superb .. They know their shit there .. And are so helpful but not like "salsey" or anything. I hate stores that won't let you just shop without getting a sales pitch. Went searching for strapless bra for a gown. A Victoria secret bra doesn't fit right. While this store doesn't specialize in strapless bras they do specialize in all forms of lingerie. I am a bit skeptical on lingerie since I have a small waist and large hips. Parker, who works there, came to the rescue. In a less than two minutes Parker selected eight items for me to try on.
