Well if you don't know why someone might stop here...you might need to look the other way. They lady at the counter was super amazing even when a dude was hitting on her. I wanted to step in and tell him that he isn't her speed, but I kept my distance. We had a great laugh about her getting hit on in this store. Don't worry about someone know what you bought when you leave the store..the bags are not clear. There is a good sized assortment of lingerie and adult items to fit your needs and them some. A great selection on lubes. If you have questions never be afraid to ask, or look it up. But I am sure the employees there may be able to help you. I can't help if I laugh out loud sometimes at things, but sometimes you see an adult item you aren't sure if you want to laugh or gag about. Keep up the great work! read more

Uncomfortable with service. I don't want people saying "freaky Friday" to us; and I just want me and my bf to keep our business to ourselves. They said some raunchy stuff that I don't even wanna post on here when I asked a question. Also please don't assume people are together just cause they go into a intimates shop. So I'm signed up for their text messaging club email with coupons and whatever else so I receive a text message today and it said 35% off so I figured with the approaching holiday that I stop by the store and get something for Hubby and I- I knew roughly I wanted to spend somewhere in between maybe $100 to $200 dollar range depending on the various items that were available and get what I need it so I'm a mom so I'm balancing out my schedule and with that being said my son was asleep so I figure this is the perfect opportunity to stop to look around in the store well I went in the store with my car seat so baby was asleep and so I didn't want to wake him by removing him from the carseat the sales associate greeted me as I entered do you have to have the child in your arms and the child to not be in the car seat so I say to myself I saw basically at this location or if this is their entire store policy you would rather for your consumers that wants to spend money to be a comfortable and not accommodate them during their shopping experience you'd rather for them to be uncomfortable and perhaps rushed there for either they don't make a purchase at all or they don't get everything they want because they they can't get the shopping done I just think that that was totally unfair and unjust- You know there are plenty of mom's they have to go to secular stores to get things that they need we're still women we still have things we need to get done across of our lives and it's a secular item that we need to pick up in our child is with us it shouldn't make a difference but you rather make me uncomfortable to shop there in so I won't I'm not going to hold my child that sleeping and Risk the chance of waking him up (by now everybody's heard the term you never wake a sleeping baby) that's the whole purpose while went shopping in the store the time that I did it is because my child was asleep therefore that's what you call mommy time so they just ruined my mommy time because of their quota "rule" Okay Adam and Eve here I come read more

So terribly disappointed in the store and the products they are offering. This location has always been a favorite of mine and def a "go to" for personal needs. They have leaned SO FAR towards S&M, Bondage & mens products that I didn't even feel comfortable being in the store. I lead the pack (in my friends circle) when it comes to being open minded and a free spirit, but this was beyond the pale for me. Won't waste my time driving all the way to Cordova again. read more

First time I've been disappointed in this place. I know they have new hours and last night I stopped by at 10:45. The sign was off and there was a girl behind the counter. We tried to open the door and she didn't even acknowledge us. New business hours sign on the door says they close at 11. Really wish management knew about this because they lost a couple hundred dollars because they wanted to close early. read more

I just visited this location to find some new things with my partner and felt highly uncomfortable . We were disturbed every few minutes and bothered when there were several other patrons in the store . When I finally was left alone for a few minutes my partner and I decided on a toy for purchase . However, while discussing topics unrelated to the sale the several employees in the store interrupted and not allowing us to make a decision. Thus, making me like I no longer felt comfortable to shop and discuss my personal thoughts with my partner. My partner had the toy I wanted in his hand and as we were headed to find more toys we were disturbed to the last straw and I advised my partner to put the toy down and for us to leave the store . As we made it to the door one of the employees reference the toy as if we were stealing . My partner advised them that we placed it back and he advised the level of tension we felt the entire time . There were other couples in the store but we were the only couple followed consistently. I will not Patron this location if you are a minority. .I read more

My boyfriend and I just celebrated our 2 year anniversary last Saturday and thought we would try the store out to help us celebrate ;) I was very hesitant to go, but once I was inside the store I could see it was a clean, presentable, well lit environment. The store seemed busy, but even during the chaos the employees provided excellent customer service. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are experts at making you feel comfortable in a room full of sex toys.
