nice office but will never go back! The dermatologist gave me a medication that affected my vision. I had to immediately go to the eye doctor & stop taking it due to blurriness and slight loss of vision. Please be more careful when just handing out medications to patients. The read more

Fast, professional and timely service provided by PA Alexis Johnson. The only downfall is they do not accept Medicare patience. I will hopefully utilized there service again before Medicare become my primary provider. Maybe this office will reconsider taking on Medicare patients as well. read more

First visit with Alexis Johnson, PA-C and I truly felt heard. Check-in was quick and easy due to pre-visit paperwork completion. Shortly after verification of info I was immediately called to the back. The office staff were very welcoming which I appreciated. I was able to clearly communicate my concerns to Alexis and she was receptive and provided me with a very detailed explanation of treatment options. read more

Dr. Bridgett Spillers was the most professional, empathic, patient, and caring doctor I have met in my 62 years of life. My son and I traveled from North Carolina for him to be seen at the practice. She provided a non-judgmental, encouraging, and truthful medical service to my son who suffers with a chronic incurable skin condition that has caused him depression, job loss, despair, and hopelessness. That has all change with the treatment Dr. Spillers prescribed. Thank you Dr. Spillers for the gift that you have been entrusted with; for and to all who do not only need dermatology for cosmetics use, but medical as well. read more

I had my ear lobes stretched for 12 years and was ready to change that. I made a consultation appointment, finally taking care of something I regretted so much lol! I immediately felt so comfortable with all the staff and felt really good about my decision. These were before, after, and a few weeks after the snip! I can't recommend this place enough. I've come in for all my dermatology needs and they've always taken such good care of me. Thank you Dr. Baker, Shelby, and all the staff at Dermatology Realm! I will never go anywhere else read more

I have just recently moved to Memphis from Orlando. I have been getting Botox treatments for awhile, at my plastic surgeon's office. I searched for recommendations on Yelp, because I've always been super skeptical about "med spas". I could not be happier that I chose Dr Baker and Dermatology Realm. His staff is all super nice and Dr Baker himself is very charming and attentive. He's got a great hand with the Botox needle, as well, because it's all about the placement. He is going to be my regular dermatologist as well. read more

Professional, friendly, and efficient office! Dr. Adam Baker is a highly skilled doctor who gives intelligent and direct answers. His treatment plans for my daughter's warts, my melasma, and troubling pigment in my fingernail and toenail have given me priceless peace of mind. He's one of THOSE doctors, you know...the good ones :-) Also, his staff is lovely and always makes us feel welcome and keeps us organized! Definitely recommend. read more

So thankful for Dr. Baker and his staff. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to clear my daughters skin quickly and without harsh medication. We spent over a year at a different office, and they kept making her skin worse. First visit with Dr. Baker he diagnosed the problem, and developed a treatment plan. She saw results within 2 weeks!! read more

I have been going to Dermatology Realm off and on for many years as skin issues arise. They have always been so pleasant and easy to work with. This is by far the most pleasant dermatologist I have ever met. In the past I had issues with adult acne which is not easy thing to deal with. No adult wants to walk around with a face full of pimples. Other doctors made me feel very self conscious and belittled my acne concerns. Dr. Baker immediately made me feel so comfortable and eased my worries. He and his staff were able to successfully treat it and I now have clear skin. Currently, Ive began to show signs of aging- I have fair skin and have wrinkles and sagging skin that makes me look tired. I wanted to discuss the option of injectables. Dr Baker was my go to guy and patiently listened to my concerns. I had a fear of having that weird puffy face so many people have when trying to fight the signs of aging. He explained my options and eased my fears. I decided to go with injectable filler and Botox. I am thrilled with the results, no puffy face, just natural me - well, me from 10 years ago. Friends just say I look like I've been sleeping better these days or I look so happy and glowing. That's the best sign of good work in my book. Dr Baker and his staff are so awesome! Oh and my teenage son is now a patient as well. I would and do recommend Dr Baker to anyone. read more

I wanted to try Dermatology Realm for my dermatology treatment as well as for cosmetic treatment. I have been impressed with the efficiency of the staff - no waiting. The visit did seem a bit rushed - I know doctors are very busy. I had asked about cosmetic procedures and he briefly covered a few and said he would give me information. I asked before I left, but he gave me some other info. I asked at the front as I was leaving and they scheduled me for an appointment with the aesthetics director. It just seems to me that these procedures are lucrative for the practice and I would think that the doctor would be all over getting a patient engaged in treatment. read more

Loved them! The office itself is very nice, and the women at the front desk were so pleasant. Didn't wait very long at all to be seen by Dr. Baker who is so nice! Had a great experience read more

The Vasershape treatments are fine and they do work, however, if you travel to any other market with frequency such as California have your treatments there. The Vasershape treatments are much less expensive in other markets. VaserShape Package - 6 sessions $900 for example in a place I go in California. That is less than 2 treatments in the Memphis market. read more

Dr. Baker treated my son for his teenage acne and was ok. When I noticed a spot on my arm that looked suspicious, I went to him for investigation. He took a look and stated it was NOTHING and removed it. It was never sent for biopsy. Because it never healed properly, I went back to him, this time he did biopsy and result was melanoma. His oversight resulted in a serious and expensive melanoma surgery for me....also have a large and unsightly hole in my arm where cancer was removed. Biopsy would have confirmed that it was SOMETHING had he done it. Now looking at second surgery to repair the very unsightly cancer surgery from last year. Office staff very pleasant but definitely doesn't make up for incompetent practices in the exam room. Every physician, upon hearing this story, is aghast that standard procedures were ignored in my case. He might be ok for cosmetic procedures and teenage acne but would definitely recommend against using him for anything else. read more

I will begin with first impressions. Love the location. There are lots of cute little shops in the area if you have time before or after your appointment to look around. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly. I had vaser shape with Denise and she was friendly and professional (exactly what you need when you're feeling that vulnerable). Vaser delivered results! As far as the price goes, anything cosmetic will cost you. When it comes to money, I don't consider cost the way I consider VALUE. It may be less expensive in other markets but in this market, that's the going rate and it's worth it. read more

I've been going to Dermatology Realm to see Dr. Baker and Denise for over ten years and am always impressed with them as well as the rest of the staff. I've never waited more than a few minutes to actually see Dr. Baker and he has always given me a thorough understanding of the answers to my questions along with treatment options, costs, and expected results. I have never felt rushed and have always felt like I have received the best care. I used to go to another dermatologist who I liked, but would take several months to get an appointment and would wait a long time in the waiting room when I got there. Every visit at Derm Realm has been a really good experience and I'll keep going back. read more
