The metal came out of the rubber shoe and it was rainy and slippery on floors. I was scared I can't afford to fall again, I called my Walgreens and asked them if they could help me either replace the crutch shoe or sell me a new pair of crutches they said yes I parked in the handicap spot in the front and I walked in the door. They said I could wait there and they would help me. It was a rainy day, but the floor was slippery with my crutch sliding and I was petrified so I stood on the carpeting. I asked for a chair and the man just played with his starburst candy or something anyway, I couldn't stand up long enough so I hung onto a cart until finally someone came to help me, but I couldn't stand up any longer because there was no chair by the front door. I had to leave without solving my problem, so I live alone. I'm home on a rainy day without being able to walk because my crutches are broken. I could not replace them because I couldn't stand up long enough in Walgreens this is just my opinion, but I am crippled and I wish that you had one chair in the front of Walgreens. If you had had that chair for me today I could've gotten new crutches and been safer but now I have to cancel all my appointments because my crutches are broken so I can't go anywhere this week until they come from Amazon on Thursday. This left me without critical daily medications, forcing me to scramble for a new pharmacy and have my doctor resend everything during the hectic new year period. The total lack of advance notice, communication, or any contingency plan showed a complete disregard for patient health and caused tremendous stress and danger. While regulations are important, better preparation and care for long-time patients could have prevented this. This experience has destroyed my trust--I'll be switching permanently and suggest others relying on daily essential prescriptions seek more reliable options.

After getting my nails done, I like to stop in for a treat, usually some chocolate or pistachio nuts. It's a good store with a large snack selection, nicely laid out, and the cashiers are always so nice and friendly. Walgreens is ALWAYS a hot mess…read more Why two stars then? ....because they develop 2x3 prints and CVS does not. Fun fact, Amazon also does 2x3 prints if you can be patient for delivery. The 2x3 prints were submitted online for in store pickup. Onto the pickup experience -- front register directed me to the once-happening Walgreens Photo counter where NO EMPLOYEE attended for 15 minutes. Another customer and I grew impatient and we both went behind the counter to retrieve the photos ourselves. This finally got staff's attention and it took another 5 minutes for them to find both of our photos. The only reason one should go to Walgreens is if they have to for 2x3 prints or if this is your pharmacy for reasons beyond choice. Otherwise, don't.
