I stopped in over the weekend to granb some travel size perfumes, along with a limited edition eye shadow pallet. I found the perfume right away, however the eye shadow pallet was not found any where! I did ask a store associate and she was kind enough to take a look in the back, she came back out with, what she said was the vey last one! Checked out, and left. I was reluctant to write a review, but when I saw their star rating, and read a few of the others, I recognize I was not alone in my experience. The customer service is inexperienced, not aware of simple questions (I.e. a promotion advertised throughout the store and not knowing about it), and also rude in their interactions with guest. It's honestly strange, and my only experience has been at this particular location. They could use improvement on that front. I also noticed items I would have liked to purchase while in store, were unavailable (amika hair care for example), thus just making it less ideal to go in person. The store is also a bit smaller (or so it feels) as it is jam packed or at least feels so when walking around (not sure if this is just adding on top of an already seemingly disappointing visit or if that's an experience for others too). Overall, I wouldn't return here for the intention of shopping at Sephora, I'll stick to online or another location, unless I'm with friends for dinner at promenade and we wander in together.

Having decided to remove my implants ( which after 30 years got hard and out of place) and pay for an expensive surgery without insurance I needed to be a bit chatty to feel comfortable with the doctor that was doing the surgery. He was very personable, patient with me and I scheduled my surgery. He's just a breast and wound doctor, no nose jobs or facial stuff, and really specializes in getting patients bodies to a better place and have you feel good about yourself!

She is also really good at things you don't even know you need... For example, a lot of people don't know that getting black brows can mean that your color can fade to blue black. Also, you might want to discuss pigment with your makeup tattoo artist because you might want the kind of pigment that deliberately fades. As you age, you may have to consider moving your brow line higher as your face droops. Depressing, but true, and you might discuss using an ink that will fade so that eventually your brows can be moved higher without having to remove pigment that is located too low on your face. She does radio frequency treatments for myself and for my mom who has just turned 80 and has pretty damn good skin. She also does lots of other sorts of skin treatments and does not do trendy ridiculous things, she is a professional who really does know how different vitamins and chemicals will react to your skin and who can help your skin look its best. I went in to smell Creed and was met with probably one of the rudest employees I have ever come in contact with and was told "we don't spray testers" okay, I get it Creed is expensive but the way he mentioned it made it sound like you can't smell anything. After a brief discussion and clarification, according to him you can "smell" Creed but they won't spray it. I was already so turned off shopping there after dealing with his horrible attitude I didn't care to smell it and will go to a reputable store to smell it and spend my hard earned money at a business that respects and appreciates it's customers. I don't get frustrated often and don't expect much from sales people but this was worse than I expected and I had to share that with the sales rep.
