Came here to pick up Robitussin and it was easy to find. The thing that caught my ever so slanted Filipino eyes were the great deals on weekend junk food. I immediately thought to myself that for football Sundays I can come here, snag some pizzas, finger foods and some soda cans for probably half the price of what I'd get at a grocery store. *** This review is for the walk in clinic*** One Sunday morning I found myself at the Walgreens walk-in clinic. Fortunately, I wasn't sick, but rather, I needed to get a biometrics screening for work. The process was simple. I made an appointment on time to hopefully save time, or I would have just came without one and waited. I'm not a fan of waiting so I knew to make the appointment. The patient before me ran late so I did some waiting. After a few minutes and roughly ten minutes into my actual appointment, the Physician's Assistant was ready to see me. She was great. I never laughed so much at a health screening. She walked me through every step she was taking making sure I understood the complete process. Once my results were ready she went over those thoroughly as well. "They say you're overweight, but I don't think so." Was a line she told me. Thank you. I don't think I'm fat either. "These charts are dumb" when still talking about my BMI. She completed all the paperwork I needed and sent me on my way. It was a painless process and she made sure to tell me to go eat some breakfast after because she said, "you deserve it". I typically only go to these places if I truly need to, but I'm happy to know this place is right around the corner if I need to. read more

Finally!!! After visiting several Walgreens today I finally found what I was looking for. The store itself is a little messier than the last ones I visited. It has been here a very long time so it is on an older set up. Wiles Road , where it is located is going through some construction so coming into the parking lot is a bit difficult. The pavement or rather the dirt is uneven. This construction has been going on for a while. I had a couple of coupons for my purchases and for some reason they were not scanning. They were the correct items and the cashier verified this, it took her a few minutes to read all the fine print, then she called a manager and it took him another five minutes to read all the fine print as well. Not the cashier's fault, she told him that it was the correct items. I guess she just needed his approval. in the end they gave me the discount of course, but I ended up waiting longer than necessary. Not a bad store, but there are far better Walgreens than this. read more

The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. Almost all staff members are rude. They don't know how to smile. Do not use the delivery. Today was the third time I wanted my medication delivered because I'm not feeling well and the third time they are telling me the courier canceled on them. But in the app it said it was out for delivery. I have been waiting all day. The staff members are not very compassionate. There is another medicine I needed that's been out of stock everyday they have been telling me we will order it but they don't. Next day they tell me the same thing. This is people's health. Im not asking for coffee. People need their medicine. They need to make changes. I see a lot of bad reviews regarding Walgreens pharmacy. I think I'll switch to cvs. read more

The pharmacy employees (not all but some) and the female white middle aged pharmacist who was working June 1st, 2023 at approximately 5pm was the most unprofessional, rude, condescending witch of a woman that I have ever dealt with while I was trying to ask a question about a medication. She was horrible to me, a long time customer who picks up multiple medications monthly. Before she hung up her speaker phone and walked away from the drive through window she told me I was wasting everyone's time and I should go to CVS. I would like a call or personal email from Walgreens corporate to apologize to me for an employee speaking to a customer that way. Unreal customer service. Terrible. Telling me as soon as I walk in "u have 3 minutes" like calm down I'm picking up something then the elderly man was helping me w giving me my prints I ordered and then I asked if he can copy pictures I was giving him and he said "no, we don't have a person to copy them right now" and I said "I know I'm asking u if I can leave them here and have them copied by tomorrow" and he said "we don't have a copier" really? Came in to return an item that I purchased earlier from a walgreens near work. I presented my receipt and the items that I wanted to return... Cashier (after picking her nose seemingly in search of gold): Do you have a receipt? Me: Yes, it's here on the counter. Manager: This wall charger is ringing up in our system as $5 not $10, this must be a different charger. Me: I'm returning all of the items that I purchased earlier, which are all listed on the receipt, how is this possible? Cashier: Cue eye rolling, typical attitude, heavy breathing and more nose picking. This time, the other nostril. Manager: stare blankly at customer, maybe she'll go away. Me: Can't you just adjust the price? Clearly, I'm returning all of the items with a receipt. I'm sure this is just a glitch in the computer system. Manager: uhh, nah there's nothin' I can do. I'll show you the computer screen if you don't believe me. Me: so sorry for short circuiting your brain with my return. And, to the cashier, sorry for interrupting your nose picking. If your on 441 you can easily pass by this store & not even know it's there. This Walgreens is on the NW corner of 441 & Wiles Rd. You can enter the parking lot from both 441 & Wiles, but I would suggest using the Wiles entrance. The parking lot is like a maze but it's worth finding. I stopped in here to find a certain type of latex free non adhesive bandage. I left the doctors office with a roll of it but I needed to get a few more rolls. If your allergic to latex be careful with your choice of band-aids. Apparently I didn't know I had this allergy & I was wearing a band-aid all week. I finally got a clue when my coworker noticed my hand was turning red & he "casually suggested" I go to the emergency room. Who knew there could be so many types of adhesive & latex free bandages! I decided to ask the Pharmacist to help me. Jennifer spent about ten minutes with me to make sure I had the right product. She was very helpful & gave me lots of advise & just general information regarding allergies. Jennifer went above & beyond to help me. I can't thank her enough. The store itself was very clean & everything I was looking for was in the right place. The best thing about this store is how nice & friendly the employees are. Zero stars for knowledge and customer care. What an annoying waist of time. On Sunday evening shift (01/07/18), I had two items to return. After waiting in line at the front cash register, I was told by the young cashier that he'd have to call a manager. Ok. Other people made their purchases as I stood aside. The young cashier called the manager who I could see in the photo dept. He also asked him to bring change. While I waited, the young cashier announced to me that they don't take back holiday items after Christmas... huh?! I told him that I bought the items AFTER Christmas (within 30 days ago) because of the sales. He repeated what he said... I, as other customers are checking out, tried to ask where on my two receipts it says no returns. The receipts even said the "return value". I had been to several Walgreens looking for items on sale. No one told me that I couldn't return anything. So I continued to wait. I watched a male walk up to the front cashier and they exchanged money. Right away, the "so called manager" walked away! All he had to do was acknowledge me if he was busy. I was so frustrated by that point that I gathered up my items and receipts and walked out after telling the young cashier that he was wrong and that his "boss" is not a good manager. You wait for a hour or longer after they tell you there is no wait , then the doctor came out of her office, she just woke up and said she was behind, but had no patient's ,lol , then after waiting a hour and a half as i was getting in my car she called and adk me where i was i told her i couldn't wait anymore and her words were "I don't care " a doctor telling me she didn't care how sick i was ,she should be fired and taken a drug test .DO NOT GO THERE TO SEE THE DOCTOR ! read more

Tried to call the Pharmacy twice and was hung up on each time when I was transferred. Called back a third time and explained to the person that answered the phone that I had been disconnected twice and not to put me on hold again. They disconnected me again!! Three times. I had a cold 3 weeks ago, and now a horrible cough, she prescribed me a cough medicine, which worked very well. However, it was the POST CALL that made a huge difference. I came in on a Friday afternoon, on Sunday I received a call from her to check on me. I felt very special! I didn't feel just like a number coming in to get checked on. Ten years a go this Walgreens was a great place to buy your prescriptions. Everyone seemed to know what they were done. Today it's seemed that they do not even read on the computer about your prescriptions to understand what they are talking about. I have had so many bad experiences with them. They seemed not to have any empathy and they are rude. Here are my recent experience with this drug store. My doctor sent a prescription for antibiotics and it was tablets, my insurance only pays for cápsulas. After 2 days callings, my doctor's office and Walgreens. Finally I saw on Walgreens app that the prescription was in "progress" I call and someone who does not understands what you are talking about answer your call, already talking about other prescriptions. I politely asked to talked to the pharmacist . A person came to the phone and I asked him to please give some priority to my antibiotic prescriptions. First he said only at 3 pm than I explained that I need it because I had a very rough time coughing and fever for the last three days. Finally he said: ok after two. I was there at 1:57 pm he told me that it only will be done at two. I moved my car and went back at 3 minutes late. This time he told me the pharmacist was not there and he could not give me my prescription. Remember I asked to talk to the pharmacist when I first call. Was he a pharmacist or not, why he told me to go Bach at two if was 1:57 and the pharmacist was not there? He did not say he was not the pharmacist when I spook to him on the phone. Now that I am st the window all he had to say was the pharmacist is not here and to move my car. Walgreens please help your employees to treat better you customers. After 10 years I am changing drugstores. I have to be fair and say that Crystal (which I think is a pharmacist is excellent) but I do not deal with her all the time. read more

This is the most unprofessional Walgreens I have been too. I went in this evening to pick up a vaporizer and after I made my purchase I realized I was given the wrong item and asked to exchange for a different one. The staff including the manager refused to exchange the item I can not even use. On top of all this when I explained the situation to the manager he came off very cold and didn't really seem to care.
