And every time is a terrible experience where I have to clench my jaw because it's just so infuriating. It says they're understaffed now and I understand that, but I've had terrible experiences even when they weren't short staffed. They can have a line of 8 people with only one tech checking people out and they literally don't even care. And no matter what time you go there's a huge line. They'll slowly walk across the pharmacy, don't care at all about making you wait. One of my visits I saw a tech getting angry with an old man who didn't understand his prescriptions. I've Had to wait 30 minutes standing in line for my prescription here. It's ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else.

They filed a claim and denied it with picture evidence on each one. They sent a letter that said they made a decision and to call. I only found that out after waiting an hour on hold that it was denied when they had obvious pictures showing the damage. I took it to two other shops one a Lexus dealer and another I was getting tires on my jeep and both said it was a careless employee. Blows my mind. The employee that took the pictures for the claim was rubbing off the shavings that was left from them scraping them up. ‍

They filled my prescription which made me really happy because the drug must be started within 24 hours of the Covid being found. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating! Be sure and check them out!

The downfall to this store are that the staffing downright stinks. They are always understaffed and it shows in the long lines at the pharmacy counter to talk to the nice people. They also seem to have a lot of empty shelves and do not plan ahead well for the seasonal "rushes" on things like cold and flu medicine. We don't use this location for anything more than a traditional pharmacy so I cannot really talk about candy selection or milk prices. I just wish they would step up their game in staffing to make this a better shopping experience.
