The staff at ALL Walgreens continue to be inept! I have spent the last 90 minutes on hold with the 3 different Walgreens I have ATTEMPTED to speak with keep HANGING UP on me once I FINALLY make it through the stupid IVR phone system. The Clinton store is the only one that spoke to me, and they are out of stock of my rx, and referred me to the other 3 stores (Syracuse, Layton, and Roy). Of course you don't receive orders in the weekend. Duh. But my rx has been with the Clinton store for over a week! You ought to just close all of your stores, because they would be one Hell of a great place to open a REAL pharmacy that did not waste customers time, and got the customers their RX on time on things like Dexcom G6 sensors BEFORE they expire, like mine is doingbin 4 hours &.38 minutes. Even answering the phones instead of hanging up on customers would be a nice step toward customer service. read more

They are understaffed and hardly opened, they dont bill insurances correctly and are often too inept to accept anywrong doing, if they even know what is going on internally at that point. No Good Please take ur business elsewhere read more

Anytime something goes wrong at this Walgreens the only answer I ever hear is I don't know...followed by a long pause. When my prescription runs out they are supposed to notify my Doctor. They never do. My doctor sends in 90 day supply and they only give me 30. I have a few prescriptions so I go there every weekend. Maybe try helping the customer instead of acting like a toddler, IIII Don't Knooow. Zero accountability. I'd rather drive out of my way to find a place with responsible adults that handle my prescriptions. I bet the pharmacist wouldn't like if they ran out of a prescription they need only to be met with people that don't care. read more

Avoid this Walgreens, even if you live a block away. I have been to this Walgreens more than a dozen times to fill a prescription, and I always leave the store wishing I had gone to a different pharmacy. The pharmacist and pharmacy techs are always rude. The latest occurrence, I got to the pharmacy at 7:00, the pharmacy closes at 7:00, and the pharmacy tech yelled at me after I begged her to fill the prescription for my sick daughter. read more

Had surgery come by and dropped off my scripts. They said and hour and a half. 2 hours later I come back sit in like for 45 minutes to be told that my meds are not ready and that they are working on it. Said maybe 20 more minutes and then asked me to go back to the end of the ridiculously long non moving but ever growing line. I let them understand how upset I was cuz I am in pain but these people so t care. All i want is my meds and a bed. Now i have a headache from dealing with this place. read more

It took 2 phone calls from my vet and 2 from myself before the pharmacy acknowledged the prescription. I was told when it would be available. I arrived to the drive up 2 hours later. Waited in line for 20minutes and it still wasn't ready. Really don't like that place. read more

My husband and I went and got a COVID test a week ago. No results could be given from the lab they used because we were told they don't have our tests. Tried calling the pharmacy several times and couldn't get through. We sent an email to Walgreens with no response. Poor customer service! read more

The Walgreens pharmacist in Clinton, UT, said they did not give me a 90-day supply of insulin because my insurance did not approve it. Called my insurance and they said Walgreens did not submit a request for a 90-day supply but the insurance would have approved it. Walgreens pharmacists have recently often said their machine does not allow them to enter in our Walgreen's reward number. The manager says he just has too much turnover to train them correctly. I certainly hope my pharmacist is trained! And today? They dispensed a controlled substance we had not asked to be refilled and so we now have too much and it could cause a red flag for future refills. We are never going back. read more

Very unhappy that Walgreens substituted my prescription for a different brand without letting me know BEFORE I purchased my 3 month supply. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known and will go elsewhere in the future. Morgan in pharmacy was especially rude and unhelpful. read more

Long line of people waiting and 1 person at the desk helping someone and says "let me go get my phone so I can look these up" Really?? Help other people first then do your googling later. Then they try to charge me $60 for a free prescription. Go down the street to westside health mart. They are way better, very personable and the pharmacist actually helps you when you have questions. read more

Don't get your prescriptions filled here. They are 2x's the price of just about anywhere. When I found out the price of one my prescriptions, $42.00, I told the counter person I could get cheaper at Sam's Club. I asked for my written prescriptions back they got upset. They tried to convince me it was becuz of the new year and new deductible. Not true.. I got the prescription filled for $23.00 at Sam's. read more

I highly recommend not getting your prescriptions filled here, 1. They are over priced, 2. If they don't give you enough of the medicine they argue with you about how they did give you enough. My son had his prescription filled on the 23rd for a medicine that he needed to take for 10 days, we are on day 8 and there isn't enough to give him his night time dose. I called to let them know that I wasn't given enough medicine to finish out the 10 days, and the princess pharmacy tech had attitude with me before she got me to the pharmacist. Who then proceeded to argue with me that they did give me enough, and even threw some times tables in there, which that's fine and dandy and all, but I sure as heck wouldn't be calling there pleasant selves if I did indeed have enough to finish the 10 days!
