But, then I tried to print photos at the self-serve photo station, but couldn't upload my images off a flash drive. So I went home and uploaded them through the Snapfish website on my home computer, but the photos weren't ready when I returned to this same Walgreens at the specific pick-up time. I went 45 minutes after the estimated pick-up time but then I had to wait about 30 minutes more, in the store, while the clerk printed the order ahead of mine, then my order. I was nervous enough being in a shop for too long, keeping socially distant and wearing a mask, but to have wait so long was disappointing. I think the photo machine must have bee malfunctioning or something, but the clerk didn't give me updates. Just kept saying, "wait, stand there, it's coming" but it took ages to print a fairly small order. I won't use this Walgreens for Snapfish pick-ups in the future.

So I call and ask what time they open because perhaps I, Google, and the hours on their door are all wrong. A lady replies to me "in like..... 5 min maybe". ARE YOU GUESSING?! Do you not see what's wrong with this picture?! Then i finally get in after 10 min or so. I am purchasing one item so I go to check out and the cashier told me "you could've just went to 7 eleven down the street". Mind you I didn't even come in angry, I wasn't going to even mention it because I'd already contacted my people in corporate so we had nothing to discuss but since she started, I answered. My reply to her was "it's the principle of the matter. People need to be accountable". She then continues to share her POV that I did not ask for and say "the store manager is the only one here because someone else didn't come in for their shift and she called me to come into work at the last minute. She can't open a store by herself" If that is the case, I would implore the company to find a new store manager then.

I am always satisfied with my shopping experiences at this CVS Pharmacy location, which is why I…read moretend to visit it once a week. On top of it being conveniently located along a route I drive regularly, the location never lets me down with having the items I usually purchase from CVS. For me, I always visit either this CVS in Oak Park or the Walmart in Forest Park because both are on my route. Out of the two, I usually choose this location when I do not have the patience to deal with the congestion of customers at Walmart, whether it be at the checkout line or just entering the parking lot itself. I never have to deal with that when visiting this CVS, so it tends to be my priority when in need of anything to assist with sleep or boost nutritional drinks. And when checking out, I am always satisfied with the service provided by the team members; they are always informative of offers listed on the receipt that will allow me to save money during future visits. If this location could do anything to improve my shopping experiences, it would be adding plastic bags attached to the self-checkout machine. Why? Because it would lead to me using it more for a quicker experience rather than waiting in line for a clerk to check me out with my items at the register. Dear CVS! That's prime time for people grabbing last-minute essentials, and it's incredibly frustrating to be turned away during that window of time. What really made the experience worse was the staff's attitude. They love closing down the store at 9 pm for them it's a break from the customers. If cleaning needs to happen, fine, but adjust the timing due at 2am Right now, it feels poorly planned and handled with zero consideration for customers .
