To whoever runs this practice - I would politely suggest you monitor your receptionists. You lost my ENTIRE FAMILY as patients with that one receptionist today. This store was not well stocked; did not have more than 1 waterproof mascara and no mascaras at all in black/brown. Almost nothing for mature skin except Ole Henriksen and even that line was sparse. Did not carry many brands anymore and was told to visit the Holyoke Sephora or go online for more choices. Since I was there already and spent all that time searching for products, I purchased several items "just to get by" for now but got them home and the items seem past their date; mascara was dry like powder! Will be returning for a refund and most likely not visiting this location again. If you do need something, call ahead; it'll be a time saver!!
