The owner, however, is unreasonable, refused to get back when I contacted with a scheduling problem, and I've actually heard her chastise and berate a client. It's always the clients fault. Now she says she's moved away, which is not the case. I explained kindly the details of what I would like for this next cut, and that I would bring a photo also. She never responded, and instead canceled my appointment without telling me. When I called the salon to ask why I hadn't received an appointment confirmation, they were very short with me about it, and told me that Alicia felt like she wasn't "the right fit." They never apologized for the inconvenience, or even tried to get me with another stylist. That said, I have never, EVER had polish last as long as when I had them done from this place. I am very active & accept that my activities are not conducive to nail polish, so when they chip within 1-2 days, it doesn't bother me (I'm sorry, but ladies, they are JUST NAILS). I went downhill mountain biking at Thunder the day after I had these done & not one chip. They are beautiful and perfect still after 2 weeks. Make sure to make an appointment, as with any salon.
