Came here for shots. Scheduled the appt and it was requested to be 15 mins early. Even coming early, still have to wait. Need more staff or 2 lines. One specific for vaccinations and one for prescription pickups. The staff is kind but stressed and probably overworked. The pharmacy at this Walgreens is absolutely horrible. They will not serve this community in a fashion that is respectful and dignified. My mother has had issues trying to fill her prescription to the point where she is getting sick because they tell her it is available and then not having it (after multiple attempts of standing in lengthy lines and on hold over six times). If you have diabetes or any type of serious health issue do not bother using this pharmacy. She has had issues with this pharmacy for over a year. She has never had an issue having prescriptions filled in the suburbs, but this is our community, so why is this not accessible? Why does this community not deserve the same as a suburb? Every time I come here there is a line over five people long. I feel this pharmacy is treating the residents of this community as though their needs don't matter. If you read this message, please switch your pharmacy to the CVS at Target, it is right down the street and I have never had a problem with communication or prescriptions filled. This Walgreens clearly does not want their customers to come there, so please refrain from giving this place any money. read more

The worst walgreens i was ever in. The people here are rude and not very helpful. The person at the photo desk (Peter) was the worst of all of them. I asked for a passport photo, it was never a big deal at any other walgreens location. But peter made sure to make this experience as worst as possible. First i had to wait for 15 minutes just to take the photo because he was busy doing nothing. Then another 15 minutes to get the photo. THANKS AGAIN WALGREENS. HOPE CVS TAKES OVER COMPLETLY read more

This location is very important to the community. It's so unfortunate that this is a horrible pharmacy medications aren't always on time the wait time is much longer than any other Walgreens. If something can go wrong it will definitely go wrong at this location. read more

Buyer beware!! Worst freaking Walgreens EVER!!! The people in the photo department either don't know what they're doing or they are just rude and stupid! Ordered enlargements and prints of photos online and what I got was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Had a beautiful photo of my dog, full face, chest and upper legs. What they gave me back was a 4x6 with the head above her eyes cut off!! And an 8x10 with her head above her nose cut off!! What the hell am I supposed to do with that? Every single picture that I sent was cut off in ways it should not have been. And now they are refusing to give me my money back because I placed the order online with a credit card and they are demanding that I come to the store in person to get a refund. I have explained repeatedly that I am disabled and there is no way for me to get to the store in person, so that is not going to happen. That's the whole reason I placed the order online, because I can't go out. Since they took my credit card online they should be able to refund it the same way. They just keep repeating their policy over and over again that refunds have to be given in person. The people in the photo department are rude and have given me different answers each time I call. I'm sick of this. I'm filing a complaint with the authorities about this. You cannot take someone's money online and then refuse to refund if the product is bad. Walgreens, you SUCK!!! Try being open before 8 am .... Will never shop here because one time i needed to they are being the bums they are still in bed at home

This is the only Walgreens I know of that doesn't open before 8:00 AM. Also, this is the only one I know of that has the ATM AT THE BACK OF THE STORE! obviously, this annoys me. The good: a pharmacy and close store that does have pretty much everything. Smack dab in the middle between Jewel, Dominicks, and Target Walgreens DOES have pretty much everything The not so good: Hours aren't convenient - typically 8a - 10p ATM at the back of the store typically (imho) more expensive than said mega-marts. I try to save walgreens for emergencies only, but I wish they tried a little harder! read more

Lawrence B. This is my favorite Walgreens. The staff is awesome. Beatrice, Carol, Helen, and Shamika just to name a few. The Pharmacist and the techs are knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy every visit. The lines may get long at times, however it's worth the wait because you will be greeted with a smile, and stellar customer service . This is my favorite walgreens in the city. The staff here has character and personality. They didn't have a product I used on a regular basis, I asked for the product, and now they keep it stocked regularly. I also love the fact walgreens have chase ATM. I'll get to name dropping on the next review.......stays clean and we'll maintained. read more

Love seeing all the friendly, familiar faces when I come in every Sunday mornings for my newspapers and things I will need for the day. Tony, Shamika and Iqraa is always so helpful when I need it the most and they will always have a smile on there faces.
