With COVID causing office closures, their business has been greatly affected, less employees in the office is less foot traffic. I called the plan, which agreed that was incorrect and called Nassau with the error, and I waited to hear. I didn't, so called today. The owner told me "that's what we charge" and if I don't like it I can go elsewhere. I have several nearby options and I certainly will. Wendy G.
