Aside from my primary purchase, they also had a lot of little items I've been looking for. (I said I'm picky so finding the right papers and the right tips is actually a big deal). Items were priced as expected. My friend and I were given just the right amount of space to look around, combined with the right amount of attention to ask questions when we needed. To the reviewer who complained about not being able to return something: every head shop I have ever been to for the past 30 years has had the exact same "no returns, no exceptions" policy. I also had a problem with the first PAX I bought (different shop), and contacting PAX was easy and they replaced my item quickly. This is standard policy.

I also mentioned he had a heart procedure a year ago, and he suggested a mild cigar would probably be the best choice for him. He recommended Padrons, and since I know what I don't know, I said I'll take 3 of them. Well, when I gave them to my neighbor, along with a few other thank you gifts, he was very impressed. The next day he told me how much he enjoyed his first one as he was sitting outside after dinner. I usually come here for gifts for my friends that enjoy their cigars, and I have never been disappointed.
