Aside from my primary purchase, they also had a lot of little items I've been looking for. (I said I'm picky so finding the right papers and the right tips is actually a big deal). Items were priced as expected. My friend and I were given just the right amount of space to look around, combined with the right amount of attention to ask questions when we needed. To the reviewer who complained about not being able to return something: every head shop I have ever been to for the past 30 years has had the exact same "no returns, no exceptions" policy. I also had a problem with the first PAX I bought (different shop), and contacting PAX was easy and they replaced my item quickly. This is standard policy.

The selection is insane I think it's the biggest humidor in the capital region. They have a great many cigars at a good value and some crazy high end ones that are a once in a life time find. Downsides are: I really wish they'd update their air filtration and lounge. The best shops I've visited in the country allow you to go buy some sticks without "having" to stink like smoke. Is what it is though, I get it. They also allow cigarette smoking. Nothing worse than trying to enjoy premium tobacco with people ripping darts. Pricing is on the high end. You can definitely pay cheaper online, with delivery fees. Overall, worth it.

I was going into the Schenectady spending hundreds of dollars a week more than once a week too. I…read morereceived a vape and it didn't work. It was leaking the battery part where you charge it. I had my I had the packaging and I went to the store to return it and was treated with nothing for the hostile Matt, who works in the who gets the orders told me I was hustling him then he told me he was gonna call security on me because all I wanted was to exchange it for one that wasn't faulty, but they didn't wanna help me. The only person in there that was gonna help me was Jenn and she unfortunately was not in the position to do anything electric city would be lucky to get or the other place on which I will put in a good review for her with them. I was then told they would replace it and I could not do that again what kind of service is that you buy something there for over $100 and it doesn't work and you can't bring it back with the receipt and the packaging. I was told before if I ever had a problem, just had the receipt and the packaging and they would exchange it but no, they're giving me a hard time over and over and over again that day was a nightmare. I was mortified humiliated in that store by Matt the tried to help me and he did get me another vape which was just so great then I found out I was banned from the store a regular customer that spends hundreds of dollars a week gets banned because I received a vape that was leaking out the battery parts and I did vape before that that did the same thing that I tried to return and they gave me a hard time and did not accept the return, but gave me a little tiny bit of stork credit on my next vape. Those were the two returning that store that are not working correctly. Both of the vapes were completely full barely touched and now I'm banned. I'm banned from that store. well you know something I have a podcast and I am well known in the community and I am going to spread the word very quickly about cannabis city in Mohawk Harbor Schenectady and especially the guy behind the counter who gets the orders why wouldn't doubt was messing with mine to begin I don't trust I don't trust him at all. I don't like the way I was treated by him the way he came from outside the back to face me and tell me I'm a hustler. I've never been so humiliated in my should be terminated immediately and the store should apologize for banning me for bringing back something that was broken. That didn't work. What kind of store doesn't accept a return I've never heard of such terrible service in my and I go to all the stores in the and they are all pleasant and all appreciate my business so you know I'm glad I'm banned because I'll go other places that appreciate me, but I deserve an apology that was uncalled for and humiliating, and then to be banned and never told by them that I was banned I found out when I went online and looked. They didn't have the even courage to tell me I was banned what service is that? I will make sure this gets spread on social media as business account, my podcast account and my personal account.
