The only Walgreen's for me! Love that it is convenient to get to and not busy at most times during the day. Plus 24 hours is fantastic!

I am giving a 5 star review basically just because of the experience I had with the pharmacist Sarah. She waa super nice and helpful, which is not always the case at other Walgreens stores. (See my review on the one at CDH...awful) But she filled my prescription quickly and answered all of my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable, and was, most importantly, polite. So while this store sometimes has longer than average wait times (it just depends on when you go) I will come back because of her! read more

Pharmacy Review: Do not use this location. We have had nothing but trouble since last October. We used this pharmacy since 2000. Then they changed something in a bad way. We had mixups and mistakes with almost every prescription. The staff was terribly ignorant to me just this weekend. I did nothing to provoke being treated like I was.. We have been very patient with all the mistakes they have made and the 2 hour wait times. They don't deserve any business, this company is a monster. I hope that changes somehow.. We are all pulling all of our prescriptions and business from Walgreens. Not that that will matter in the scheme of things, but it is just principal. So sick and tired of spending my money at a place that treats their customers terribly. And I imagine the staff too, or they wouldn't be treating customers the way they do! read more

Pharmacy takes forever and they are completely rude. I got there when the pharmacy opened and the pharmacist was over 15 minutes late and had to still do opening procedures before helping me. So much for the hours being posted cuz it doesn't really matter to the employees read more

Avoid this Clinic... It is a joke... Disorganized... You answer questions online... The computer won't let you follow directions... Then you fill out a form by hand with much of the same info... The "nurse" was rude and condescending. I won't be back. I expect much better from Walgreens! read more

What is wrong with the pharmacy here? I hardly ever have a prescription go through without some sort of screw up on their end. They've even handed me the wrong dose before. I'm not the only one with issues, their are always long lines and it sounds like people in front of me are having issues getting their prescriptions filled too. I have not had these issues at other Walgreens locations. It has been this way for several years. I keep asking myself why I put up with it month after month. Unfortunately, they are one if the few in the area with late pharmacy hours. I dont think its worth the hassle anymore, I'll probably just switch to CVS or another local pharmacy. read more

The drive-thru pharmacy needs serious help. Horrendously slow. I spend at least 20 mins or more if there is one car ahead of me and around 10 mins i am the only one in the drive thru. A serious problem that this Walgreens just won't address. read more

Overall, I'm happy with this Walgreens as a store. The associates are pleasant and helpful and my experiences there are WAY quicker than before, as they never hesitate to call for help in front as soon as a line forms. My only issue is with the pharmacy. They are slow, not always very polite, & do not show the necessary attention to detail. I often purchase items from behind the counter & end up being given the wrong product 1/3 of the time. Today I even handed them a piece of paper with the exact product details & they still gave me the wrong item. I can only hope they are more accurate in dispensing prescription medications! read more

Hmm. The sign outside says 24 hours. I thought that was the selling point for this pharmacy location. Wrong. It just means that the doors are open. If you need a frozen pizza it's all good, If you need any prescriptions- not so much. Check their pharmacy hours online before you go. This is the worst pharmacy in the world!! The pharmacist got two of our three prescriptions wrong. This is hard to believe as you can really get sick, if not die, while you are trying to get better by getting your drugs from this store. It should be closed and not allowed to do business. Very disappointed with the way I was treated this morning. Been going to that store for years but not anymore. Rode my bike to work this morning and decided to stop and get something to drink. Brought my bicycle inside the store and left it by the front entrance. The manager on duty Mizael approach me right away and in a pissed of tone told me to take my bike outside because the sweep the floors everyday. I don't want to leave my bike outside because it's over 3k. Very rude and no lack of understanding. read more

Slowest Walgreens pharmacy around. It's terrible. Inside, the customer service is great. The store is clean. When they are busy they bring more employees to the front to make the lines go faster. It's just the pharmacy that is dreadful. Which I don't understand. When I go through, it's quick. But every time I go through the drive through I sit behind someone at the window for 10+ minutes. Why????? If there are issues with insurance and coverage, you should kindly ask the individual to come inside to figure out the issue. The WHOLE point of a drive though is for convenience and for a swift stop. read more

Horrible pharmacy service.. plain and simple

I went to Wal-Mart to get a prescription filled and the didn't have what I needed so I called Walgreens and they had it. Well, it took 2 days to fill it! They put my prescription to the side and said it was a refill and that I had no more refills. I had just left urgent care with Bronchitis and Pneumonia I haven't even received my prescription in the first place. I called and updated my insurance and I asked why the 5 times I called they couldn't just talk to me instead of giving me no explanation on why they couldn't fill it. After all this they said it would be ready asap!! This is bs and no one should have to wait 2 days for a prescription because they don't tell the customer what is going on!! read more

I have went from a strong dislike of this place to flat out hating it. The checkout people are so unprofessional. Seriously, whoever the manager is, needs to knock them down a peg. Serious attitude problem these young ladies (if you want to call them that). They swear, talk crap about people right after they leave checkout (in front of other customers) and act like people are troubling them to do thier job. I got a dirty look and sigh 2 weeks ago because I had my basket filled and I guess it was too many things (?). Their drive Thru pharmacy takes over a half hour and customer service is sub par. Everyone just keeps transferring the call to different departments because they don't know how to handle it. I definitely wouldn't recommend going to this Walgreens for healthcare needs and prescriptions. read more

If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. Since it's not, I'll simply suggest avoiding this pharmacy at all costs. The pharmacists lose prescriptions, fill incorrect dosages, fail to clearly communicate policy and overall are completely unprofessional. We went to get my girlfriend's prescription filled as we always do there because they're open late and blocks from home. The pharmacist said he couldn't fill her prescription without the DEA # on it. My girlfriend complained that we've been getting all her prescription filled there for literally years from the same doctor and suddenly it's a problem? The pharmacist literally threw the prescription at her and said he cant fill it. She asked to speak to the manager who did nothing but give her a phone # to call. We got home and realized the DEA# is clearly printed on the prescription. So why didnt the pharmacist know this? We went back, showed him the DEA # and rather than apologize for wasting our time, he then asked when her prescription was filled last. Of course we dont remember the exact date, it's on their computer. He then refused to fill it because he said she was being rude. Her rudeness was directly a consequence of his inability to do his job! If he knew how to read a prescription, this would have been handled an hour ago. She tried calling the number the manager gave her to complain and it was a customer service survey #. She asked for the manager who finally gave a number to speak directly to a person. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The pharmacy is horrible, understaffed and waiting for prescriptions literally can take over an hour when it should be 20 minutes. They refuse to fill some prescriptions. The store it self is understaffed and never stocked with the items they should carry. read more

I do not recommend this Walgreens to have a passport photo taken. My passport application was returned stating that the photo appeared to have been digitally altered. When I went back to Walgreens with a letter from the passport agency, the manager on duty was of little help, saying I could pay for a new photo and apply for a refund when I brought back the rejected one which was not returned to me. Save time, aggravation and $10 .... go to Costco. read more
