I get to the register and the coupon came up for 15% off instead. The person ringing me up calls someone who could possibly be manager. The manager definitely would not win the prize for going above and beyond because she put forth no effort to honor the coupon I had received. She told me "You're gonna have to hold onto this ". It is not my fault that their system did not recognize the coupon code. But what I do know is this is false advertising. If she really wanted to be helpful she would have put the extra 5% off on my items. But she DID NOT, bad experience and bad customer service. Shame shame shame.

Love this store. This is my go to spot of all of the hair and beauty products in The Do we area…read more This store has everything plus what you didn't know about! This store is not just for people of color, but all people with hair and skin :) It is difficult to find stores that have a wide selection of wigs, hair and products that are geared toward people of color and this store more than fits the bill. If you can't find products that you are looking to purchase, just ask one of the store associates. They will either find it in heir store (as they likely have it), or they can start stocking the product. I have added a few pictures of prices and quality products that I purchased today. The prices are the best in town and you will not find a better price for most of the products in town. Wigs and hair........what can I say?!!! They keep all of the latest styles, types and etc in the area. I have began to notice that they get different types of wigs on a continual basis ( weekly and bi-weekly). This is a store that I can hang out and look around an hour with each visit. This is a site for all and hope that you enjoy as much as I.
